The same day, she delivered my wife's unabridged birth certificate! The estimated time for delivery was 2 two to 4 weeks, but it took Candace 7 days to deliver all our certificates! “Good service over all. I got the birth cert nice a quick and very happy with that. The apostile service though was a bit slower than expected but given the time of year it could be expected. I was still expecting to get the completed documents before then end of January considering I had started the service in early November. The documents arrived in February 9 which nearly defeated the purpose of the whole service since the documents had to be within 90days of age for my purposes otherwise they would not be accepted. Thankfully the documents arrived last minute and they were willing to process the document within one day instead of the normal 5. In my case though the service was good but it was complicated by things beyond my control and the control of the service. I would recommend the service but make sure you give yourself enough time for the documents to be processed and arrive.”

“I cannot recommend this company,and Zerelda specifically, highly enough! I have used them twice now and each time it has been an absolute pleasure. I am in the USA and urgently needed a police clearance certificate (which also needed to be apostilled!!). I was extremely anxious because I believed I had no chance at all in getting it within the required time frame. Zerelda was extremely responsive to emails and kept me up to date with progress all along the way, and I was thrilled to receive it within the promised time. The second time I used them was when I was suddenly informed I needed a full birth certificate, which again needed to be apostilled. I sent everything through to Zerelda on 29 January and couldn’t have be more delighted to have just received my package via DHL today, 13 February, in the USA!! A full unabridged birth certificate, apostilled, from SA to USA, in barely 2 weeks! This is 5 star service and worth every last cent! I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you Zerelda, you are a superstar, and this company is my hero!!”
