Tenant now taking more time off for replacement machine proposed for delivery in five days time!!! Reason for going with Appliance Direct was price and generally good reviews.

Good price but rude and unhelpful delivery people

Poor from start to finish. Paid additional price for Saturday delivery and item never arrived, a wasted Saturday. Refunded only 3/4 of the delivery charge. When item the BBQ was unpacked several defects were identified, the item was clearly a second. Steer clear of this company.
