Bought an A1 grade (new product with opened box) induction hob. Arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Very reasonable price.

Needed to replace my kettle and the price even with delivery was cheaper than anywhere else. Website was easy to use and even though I chose 3-5 day delivery it came the next day!! Brilliant service, will defo use again and recommend to friends

Have shopped with Appliances Direct a few times in the past. Their prices are always competitive & they do stock a good range of products. Speedy delivery with a delivery time advised to you the day before. Both sales & delivery staff excellent. Highly recommended

Returns Process - Difficult

Most of the good reviews about this company are about the delivery service (DPD) which I agree are great and should receive credit separately. Appliances Direct/customer service and returns procedure are terrible. Please avoid this company. They are just ignoring me now that I have a return. Yes AP, I will keep posting the truth until you respond to me. And not just here but all my social media platforms.

I have been waiting for four weeks to get a date for collection of a dishwasher, although they have accepted to replace it and given me a returns ref number: 7780928. So I have an excellently packaged dishwasher occupying space in my garage While we wait to hear of a collection date. I would not use again. Believe using the current crisis as an excuse to hang on to our money.

Refunds - Difficult

I then received an e mail apologising and gave me another delivery date of 5th March (tomorrow) I have now received another’s e mail saying exactly the same as the first one telling me delivery won’t be happening tomorrow as they need the name of the gas fitter!! I am at my wits end and am now going to demand a refund.

Ordered several items,oven,hob, fridge freezer and sink,all ok except pan stands for hob were damaged on arrival,replaced quickly however new items both arrived damaged and I have had poor customer service since. Been offered £10 refund or £15 credit if I keep the damaged ones and after refusing and just wanting new undamaged ones I have been asked to confirm the part number, surely the company should know there own product numbers!

Disgusted !!! I am now having to go and buy this item elsewhere at the cost of another £425 and wait till they decide they want to refund me.
