“AQUA GARDENING GREAT - FREOGHT COMPANY OFF LOADED MY ORDER,WHEN I TRIED USING THE TRACKING SYSTEM, TOLD ACVOUNT CLOSED, THEN TRIED AUSTRALIA POST - NO LUCK, EVENTUALLY I CONTACTED A G DIRECT AND WITHIN TWO DAYS STAFF HAD TRACKED THE ORDER AND I RECEIVED THE GOODS...GREAT TO DEAL WITH THANKS”

“I order an item that is needed urgently. After 9 days of nothing, I make contact and am advised that the product is out of stock and will take a further 2 weeks to arrive. I responded straight away to cancel the order and ask for a refund. I went to an alternative supplier and got the product in 3 days. A week later I received the original product in the mail and saw that the money was taken from my account. I have the useless product sitting by the door. A reminder that I'll never order from Aqua Gardening again.”

Hi Marissa, We are sorry to hear that you had this experience. I have looked into the email thread where you initially reached out for an ETA and after we notified you of when we expected the stock we never received a response from you asking to cancel or refund the order. Are you certain you sent your response through? We have checked the thread and also our spam folder to see if perhaps your response went there, but we cannot find it. However, if you would still like to return the goods please reach out to us so we can proceed from there!
