“I am new to this hydroponic food growing and totally love it. Was playing with the idea for quite a long time but never found a site which was able to help me and give me some advice ........ till I stumbled across Aquagardening. I found everything I was looking for and now I am in full swing growing my own food. Thanks and I will continue ordering from you.”

“Ordered and paid for a product on the 1Sep23, which was not in stock. After two weeks of no contact, I contacted Aqua and was told it was on backorder. I suggested that letting me know that might have been a good idea. Gentleman that I talked too wasn't too concerned. Product arrived on the 19th. The time delay wasn't an issue. Just the lack of information, as I had since found the product locally and slightly cheaper.”

“The packet of seeds which I purchased said: ‘Plenty of seeds in each packet to ensure successful growth and an abundant harvest’. I received 5 seeds in the packet of which 4 were crushed. Don’t be misled by this shoddy business.”

We are very sorry to hear that the packet of seeds you purchased from us stated that you would get 'plenty of seeds’, but you only received 5, of which four were crushed. This is certainly not up to our usual standard and we would like to apologize for this. Is there anything we could do to make this situation better for you? We would like to make sure that you have a better experience with Aqua Gardening in the future.

“Generally good service and a good range of products at reasonable prices..Delivery can be a bit slow at times.. My only complaint is that I get a lot of emails about dirt gardening products.. As a Hydroponic vegetable grower I would like to see emails on that type of growing only..”

“Always pleasantly surprised at how swiftly and well packaged items are delivered from Aqua Gardening to me here in Sydney. They have a comprehensive range of items that you would have to go and visit any number of specialty gardening stores and certainly which could not be found at your supermarket-chain hardwares and nurseries. Postage costs are reasonable too. Highly recommend giving this store your business!”

“I have been a customer of Aquagardening for a few years now and have found them to always provide a good service. There have been a few hiccups over that time, but any issues are always sorted quickly by the helpful staff. While the prices on some items can be a bit inflated (compared to other suppliers), overall they are well priced and have some great weekly member deals (when they remember to update them ;) ).”

“Aqua Gardening's service and choice of products is outstanding. It is one of the best websites I have ever dealt with. I come from a country town where the choice is very limited so it was great to be able to access and purchase a pump which suited my pond at a great price as well.
