“As a keen gardener, I found I’m able to access a number of products from them locally that are not available elsewhere. I can buy online or over the counter. The face to face service is always helpful and friendly. Thanks guys.”

“I needed support with pond pump and filter set for my pond. This is the first time I have purchased a pond pump and filter so I truly appreciated the customer service assistance by Daniel via email and Zac during my free phone consult. Wonderful team and great selection of products. The only thing for improvement (and it’s not a deal breaker it’s more constructive feedback) is when items are on back order like my pump and filter I waited a long time (weeks) and it was up to me to keep contacting the team to enquire about updates of an eta for the items. It would be great if this was done proactively. Other than that I am happy to say the Oase pump and filter set has improved my pond water beyond my expectations. Thank you to Daniela js Zac for their patience in answering my million questions.”

“Unfortunately I feel like you guys did drop the ball on my last order. I should have been informed that items in my order were out of stock, instead of me having to find out through the parcel tracking a week later because no other information was sent to me. I think it’s been 10 business days and my order still hasn’t shipped.”

“Everything about my purchase experience was top notch, apart from the courier (aramex). They really let you guys down. I live locally within Brisbane and I don't feel my delivery should have taken 2 weeks to reach me, also Aramex tracking system is completely broken. :/”
