As a novice, I would like to see many of your products on display not just order via computer. By seeing and touching hands on I would be more enclosed to purchase more. Being in retail for over fifty years my customers needed to see and feel products on display.

Hello Matthew, Thank you for your feedback, and our apologies for any confusion caused. When our website displays "In Stock with Suppliers - Dispatched within 7 days", it means the products are not on our shelves to send straight away, but rather it reserves the future stock levels for customers and we will order it in for them within that timeframe. It puts the orders at the front of the queue, and they will be dispatched quickly once the stock is received in the warehouse. We can see your order was placed on November 10th with the 7-day estimate, but the stock arrived within five days on the 15th of November. The order was packed that same day it arrived and dispatched through the courier - it is currently on it's way to you. If you have any questions about the tracking, please let us know, and we are sorry for any confusion by this, but we appreciate your understanding and patience. Happy gardening! Aqua Gardening!

Aqua Gardening itself was fairly helpful but not knowledgeable about their products and products took quite a time to be delivered. On needing to return the product due to it not working as stated, I had to ring twice to get the return slip emailed to me.

Hello Zemke Family Deepest apologies that you received a faulty item. The Neem Oil supplied on most other occasions, and in our experience does work as described. Unfortunately, with your requirements, and through troubleshooting we could not make it work for you. We do our best to ensure we are only stocking quality products, but the occasional fault can happen. I'll never buy from them again. Walked into shop and had to "go online" to obtain fish food. What should have taken me 1 minute took 15 minutes. I've been buying off this mob since they were a little store in Enoggra but they have lost my business. Ridiculous.

Hello, We understand that this new concept is not for everyone but we wanted to place the focus on customer success, expand our warehouse so we can keep more stock on hand so our community don't have to wait as often, while keeping pricing competitive and stable. Now we can spend more time with each of our customers who want to chat through any gardening project troubleshooting or future dreams in-store, we even have the new coffee machine so you can have a coffee with the team! For the people that know what they’re after, the ordering can be done from the comfort of home so it's just a case of popping down at a time that suits, walking to the counter with your click & collect number for the fish food to be handed over to you in a jiffy. This is for our local customers who prefer to pick up orders instore and may not want to rely on freight providers for things they need urgently and gives customers the option to reserved stock online and come pay cash instore. It’s understanding that not everyone feels comfortable shopping online and providing details so we still have the facilities to take your order instore so you can chat to our team if you have any questions or want to troubleshoot something before completing your order. If you are not comfortable providing your details you can always use an alias as your account name. As long as you remember the name you used and password, orders can be placed under this method. We hope you can give the new Aqua Gardening concept another go, please chat to our team next time you’re in and we can show you how to make the new concept work for you, while being mindful of your concerns and making you comfortable with the experience. I Do Not Appreciate Being HARASSED by the management of your sales techniques, just to tell you my Experience so you can evaluate your staff and business techniques. A customer is coerced,(Coercion is the practice of forcing another party to act in an involuntary manner, It involves a set of various types of forceful actions that violate the free will of an individual to introduce a desired response). (Product is good, Business practices and techniques are garbage!!!) A customer should not be harassed for there personal information for the purpose of Harassment and cyber stalking, for the businesses own gratification purposes. The business asks for your personal details only for this purpose and/or you cant do business with them as a customer. The customer gives there personal details out of involuntary force and under the proviso of confidentiality. DO NOT HARASS OR CYBER STALK ME AGAIN. ARE WE ON THE SAME PAGE !!!!!
