The pub/restaurant is reasonably priced and of a good standard and the swimming facilities are good for families. The children love the arcade machines. The accommodation is generally agreeable with an excellent little shop to help add to provisions. The ability to buy ferry tickets is a good benefit and the checking in process has improved There are plenty of activities scheduled although they can sometimes be difficult to book especially where online booking is required as the internet connection is intermittent/not good for caravans - the entertainment, karaoke, has been excellent along with the disco but after the Dunoon Games last year it was all cancelled even though a number of guests were still anticipating entertainment as paying guests. This has been offputting in terms of booking again particularly around the August bank holiday period for the English members of the family.

We have been coming the last 15 years with children and friends and family. We have always had an amazing time. Some years better than others but February was great this year although understaffed at the hotel/bar restaurant but staff very nice and apologetic. The food is not haute cuisine but it is fair enough. You dont come here for the food. The area is stunning and plenty for big and small childrn to do. Cant wait for next year.

The staff on the phone was very friendly and was able to book us into a cabin where you could bring dogs at short notice.

The cottage accommodation was good for what was required with two dogs, beautiful place scenery was spectacular and weather was great and hot tub ideal and a great novelty would definitely think abut return visit but without the dogs .

The majority of the holiday was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed it, however, the food served in the restaurant is of poor quality, steaks tasted like old rubber boots and we are yet to receive our sweet order, which we finally gave up on. The gambing machines used to be a highlight and cost mum lots of money to win tokens, now there is very little machines its hardly worth going in. The cost of the rover pass for the weekend on an already expensive weekend is something that should be looked at, it should be included in the holiday and certainly not a money making exercise. We will be back as we enjoy the scenary but we have been going away weekends to alternative locations due to the rising costs and poor quality of food.

We had a lovely family break in May this year, this is our second visit to the park. It's a beautiful location and our accommodation (Tor Mhor Lodge) was perfect. Spotless and spacious with incredible views. The kids loved the play areas and the swimming pool. There's also a nice wee park and forest walk in the village that's good for kids. The only reason that I've given four stars instead of five is that the Rob Roy restaurant could be better. That quality of some of the food we ordered wasn't that great. I also want to add that I noticed a massive improvement in the staff and their customer service from my last visit. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. And one of the team leaders (apologies I can't remember his name) made an effort to speak to everyone in the restaurant including my kids which I really appreciated. Will definitely be back! Hopefully soon!

We have visited Drumsynie Estate for the past 3 years and always enjoyed it very much. The views of the loch and hills are outstanding and when the tide is out, it's a lovely walk along the beach right over to Lochgoilhead, where you can find well signposted nature walks up into the hills. Very good activity programme for the kids, lots to keep them happy and occupied. The only down side is the bed in the lodge we stayed in (Premier Osprey) it was really old and uncomfortable, it felt well overdue to be replaced, we left a night early because it was so uncomfortable. It's a pity as this was the only downside, I cannot fault anything else about this estate or the lodge (very clean, spacious and well equipped).
