“I was very skeptical to order online without seeing a product but I asked for a sample of fabric and they sent out straight away and the quality of the bed is fantastic. Relatively easy to put together too! Would definitely recommend”

“Love the bed. Delivery was ok despite some of the reviews that I had read. Decided to go for the mattress as it was on offer with the bed but it’s really uncomfortable. I think I went for medium firm? (The middle option) but it’s so so hard. Reminds me of memory form but harder. Wake up stiff and in a bit of pain every day but I’m just going to have to live with it until I can afford another.”

Sometimes our bodies are so used to sleeping on the same one for so long that when we get a new one it can be quite hard to get used to, especially if it's a different brand or firmness. “Absolutely amazing. I was apprehensive at first because of how well priced they were, but the quality is beautiful and the aesthetic is just as premium. I have bought two beds from this company and both are as beautiful as each other! Love love love!”

“The quality of the bed is poor, it feels and looks and unstable and I fully expect it to break in the near future. It is also very low, the frame literally sits on the ground. However, it looks nice and serves its purpose and will tide us over until we can afford (or are forced) to replace it. If there wasn’t always a 50% off code I would not shop here, you definitely get what you pay for! Don’t expect quality.”

If you think there's anything wrong with your bed please feel free to reach out to our support team and we will happily look into this for you. Just to let you know as well if any parts did break, we are always willing to replace these if it's a fault with the bed. In regards to the bed being too low to the floor, I'm sorry you feel that way. I can see you reached out to our support team via e-mail before ordering to ask for dimensions, we sent these to you and you chose to order based on these measurements. Our standard ottoman base is a lower frame than the rest. Thanks again Arista Living 🤍

“I was a bit nervous ordering based on some of the other reviews but I’m am so glad I did! The bed is excellent, a really good quality and exactly what I wanted. I had weekly updates as to how my order was progressing and the bed even arrived 2 weeks early which was great! I cannot fault Arista for my purchase at all”

“I love my bed, the quality is amazing and the fabric is stunning. I have had my bed for a while now and it’s still like brand new. The Ottoman storage is amazing and fits so much in which is perfect if you struggle for space. I would highly recommend ARISTA living beds for quality and style.”

“Ordered a bed a couple of years ago and swore I'd never use these guys again (bed was great, service wasn't) however with my daughters 16th birthday coming up I told her she can have whatever she wanted.. despite me showing her many other websites she wanted a bed exactly like ours!!! Anyway as much as it pains me to say this, this company has improved MASSIVELY since I last used them, from the delivery times all the way down to their service and communication. Nothing was too much for these guys this time round and the bed actually came early so credit where credit is due.”

“Amazing bed for the price. Delivery didn't come on the proposed date but after contacting them it turns out I thought the despatch date was my delivery date so my fault... Will be ordering again when we move into a bigger house and need another bed!!”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. 4 months and still no working bed. Zero customer service you can only get through to them by contacting a zendesk email. There is no working telephone number to call probably due to the amount of complaints they recive. They do not have the common courtesy to respond in person by email if they bother to at all. The only good review seem to be by social influences/brand ambassadors. I have asked for a full refund and at this point they have stopped communicating and gone silent. Although if your LinkedIn their telephone number is displayed there its 01254 920830 although whoever answers the phone denys its them of course. Please please please do not purchase you will regret if you have an issue.”

“ABYSMAL!! I ordered a bed and mattress as I was preparing to move into a new flat, I left an extra 2 weeks after the dispatch date they claimed upon purchase. About a week before claimed dispatch they emailed notifying me the mattress will be delayed by 2 months! I took a full refund for this and waited patiently for my bed frame. It is now 2 weeks since the dispatch date. It took me emailing them to find out the headboard was "missing", some made up rubbish about moving warehouses. I have waited a week since finding out it was "missing"(non-existent no doubt) and they still haven't sorted this out. I have just asked for a refund. I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO BUYING BECAUSE THEY ALL SAY THE SAME THING. This company is a pure SCAM!”
