I was told I could get a refund if I paid for the return shipping. The shipping was over $200USD. I am so disgusted with Artesty.com. They are a complete fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you are decorating a preschool or something. Unprofessional and low quality. Save your time and your money. You’re better off shopping at a second hand store. What a rip off....”
“Bought art that looked amazing online but looked very cheap when it arrived. The art costed $300, but cost me $100 to return it. I figured being out of $200 is better than losing $300. But no; since the product shipped from Bulgaria it must go through customs for arrivals and returns. The art has been sitting in Bulgaria customs for over a month. So right now I’m out of $300 and the cheap art. Buy at your own risk!”
