Seriously, that's more than a joke, this company sent me an email confirmation to notify me that my order has been shipped, along with a tracking number from UPS. 3 weeks later, the tracking number still shows 'UPS Label Ready', which means the company has not yet hand their package to UPS.
I emailed this company 2 weeks ago, and still not hear back from them. I am glad that I paid this order with PayPal, otherwise, my credit card information will be exposed to someone like them. I opened a dispute with PayPal a week ago, not hear anything from either of them yet.
Please, don't even think about order anything from this company, it will only make you more panic under the pandemic.”

“I wish there was a zero star option. Beware beware beware!!! When I ordered sanitizer they said it would be shipped within 48 hours - that was over three weeks ago. Can’t get through by phone emails and Facebook messages are BS. They give you a tracking number for an item that has never been shipped. Or they ship your $8 item and omit the $50 item. They say they will send a refund to credit/debit card within 2-3 business days but it never happens. Yet their website still states they have sanitizer in stock and they’re still taking people’s money for it. Look at their Facebook comments and reviews. This is happening to lots and lots of people.”

“IF THERE WERE ZERO STARS, I WOULD GIVE THEM A BIG FAT ZERO! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! So apparently these people don't answer their phone and also do not respond to emails or Facebook messages. I am about to contact the BBB. I understand they are busy, but so far they have lied and misrepresented their delivery dates, and have not responded to my MULTIPLE email inquiries and have not provided any updated information about when I will receive my hand sanitizer. We are trying to open our business and they have completey screwed us up. The tracking number says my shipment should have arrived on 4/23/20. On April 18th I received this message that my order had shipped. This is absolute misrepresentation and fraud!! It still has not NOT even shipped!!
Here is the message they sent me on 4/18/20:
We've got a surprise for you - your order has shipped! We've also included your tracking information, so you can track your order to its final destination. (THIS IS BS!!) They claimed it was to be delivered on 4/24/20.”

“On Apr. 11, 2020 I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer. On Apr. 20 I asked for a shipping update as they had already sent me a tracking number that did not show it leaving their warehouse. Then on Apr. 28 I get an email that they are issuing me a refund. They apologized as they were unexpectedly overwhelmed. I said that I didn't request a refund I expected the product. Then they said re order it...........ABSURD.........why would I re order a product and tie up my money again when they simply cancelled my original order. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!”
