Ordered 12 pack of sanitizer on March 29th, received shipping confirmation on April 3rd and received package today. Package wasn’t packed well but none of the bottles spilled. Received full order of 12 bottles (one missing in pic but all 12 bottles delivered). Happy camper!

This is an excellent company that produce natural products. Their essential oils are high quality and the large sizes come beautifully boxed with two of their signature Zen and Chi oils. They also sell lovely mixed oil packs which, again, are beautifully boxed and come with a small explanatory booklet. They have a wide range of goodies for face and body, all natural, and beneficial. All in all a first class company that I would recommend to anyone.

I made a negaive review earlier. Mainly because after ordering I never received an email saying the order was received. I also never received a shipping email. It was slow to ship because of high demand. When the first box came it had half my order. I had no idea where the rest was. For 6 days no response to emails or by phone. (Customer service needs serious work) but when the rest of my order arrived I was given my order plus extra product. I really wanted to thank Art Naturals for sending the extra. It will help my healthcare partners and keep us all safe. I really truly appreciate it. I don't know how to remove the negative review. All of my bottles had slightly loose caps which might be why some have complained about stuff spilling out. I had nothing leaking. I would order this product again.

I ordered 6 bottles of hand sanitizer on April 5 and received them today, April 10. One bottle had leaked a tiny bit, and they never sent the email advising that my order was shipped as the order indicated it would be, but am otherwise satisfied.

I had the same issues as everyone else recently. I place my order 4/9, got tracking by the next day, but then nothing. I waited day after day for a delivery date. I called but can't leave a message. I emailed, no response. I kept checking the tracking they gave, nothing. Then, out of the blue, I received my 12 pack of sanitizer on 4/17 that I needed for my technicians. I came under a different tracking number. BUT, still my gallon refill was missing. Back to the same drill but again, out of the blue, it showed up today, again a different tracking. It may be a hectic time but this company should learn to communicate better, Bottom line, I finally got my products!

I ordered a gallon size of the unscented hand sanitizer as well as 2-8 ounce bottles. The gallon came but has no pump. I'm not sure if that's sold separately. I did not receive either of the 2- 8 ounce bottles. I can't reach anyone by phone. I'm emailed them hoping for a response about why I was shorted on product. I really hope they mailed them separately and they will arrive soon. On the plus side the gallon came in good shape no leaks.

Ordered 6 bottles of hand sanitizer on 3/13 and they hit my credit card on 3/13. The site read they would ship product by the 25th and send a confirmation email. It’s 4/3 and I haven’t received any product. Emails to the company come back not deliverable and they won’t answer the phone. Don’t buy anything from this company.

I guess if everyone sent you $1, you will be a millionaire. This company takes money, but does not deliver their product. I guess they are making money by stealing from their consumers. This company is the most unethical I have experienced in California.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I first bought their product at Costco and figured they were a reputable company so I ordered directly from them. Never received my order and after multiple attempts at contacting customer service as well as Route, I had to dispute the charges through my credit card company.

I ordered essential oils twice. was charged for those oils twice and was shipped the wrong product twice. I can't get them to respond. And returning the product is not permitted.

There are a group of freelancers who have worked for this company in Oct.2021 and they are waiting on their pay. You should be so ashamed of yourselves as a company not paying people what is owed..especially around Christmas.

I have ordered several times the same product from this company. The last 2 times my order sat in the warehouse and was never shipped. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake but now my second time of buying 2 items needed for my vacation and paid for the day I ordered are once again floating around in a warehouse. I’ve been told there are “warehouse issues”. Honestly I don’t care. This is a terrible place for good customer service. You can’t reach anyone without spending days and hours redialing and emailing. I have had it! So many people in my family have ordered and I use to refer anyone I knew but that will stop. I plan to contact my bank as I am feeling like there is some fraud involved. You are holding merchandise that is suppose to ship 3-5 business days. That never happens. Stay away if you need an item for a trip or urgently. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I received a damaged shipment from this company. The package was missing some items as well. I took pictures to verify the situation and contacted the company immediately. They told me it was not their responsibility, but that I needed to contact UPS. However, they add an additional charge onto every order for “route package protection”, in addition to shipping charges. When I asked about what the “route package protection“ was, I got no response. I asked that back ordered items be canceled and refunded. They couldn’t tell me when the items would ship. However, no refund has been issued and no questions about the refund have been answered. And they won’t answer their customer service phone lines. They just ask that you leave a message that no one returns.

I have had the worst experience with art naturals. I ordered some oils over 3 months ago now for a mother's day present and they still haven't been delivered!! I have contacted them twice and although they replied with a vague response, no action has been taken. They phone number they provide is impossible to call and I this is the only place I could find to leave a review for their website... Not happy with service!!

I have order 2 bottles of shampoo and received wrong bottles. After contacting customer service I've have a week long correspondence with them and after sending the photo of the product as a proof of their mistake I was denied an exchanged or money back.

I ordered a diffuser last spring. It cracked within a few weeks. In July, they promised to replace it. I still have not received a replacement. I told them in August that I had not received, and they blamed the craziness of Covid, so I gave them a pass. Now, they're saying it was purchased over three months ago, so they cannot replace. Huh? I contacted them within several weeks of ordering? Promises, but no delivery. So disappointed.
