“I wish to complain about the way I was treated by one of your security staff 12:30 Sunday afternoon as I was leaving the shop. The alarm went off There were a number of people leaving the shop. The security staff gestured to me with his finger while still on his mobile phone. He then asked me to show him the contents of my bag while still on his mobile phone. I was so I was so flustered I could not find my receipt. He asked me which till I had gone to I pointed out this. He took me over to the till and asked the girl at the till whether I purchased these items, He was still on his mobile phone. He then said that's all right then you can go, his attitude was one of he couldn't Be bothered or put down his phone while Discussing the matter with me. I have been a loyal Customer of asda's in Gorseion For a number of years this has made me think again.”
“Went shopping late this evening 22/12/23, unfortunately I have problems on times controlling my bladder and wished to use the lavatory, a notice by the lift said toilets are closed after 6pm due to undesirable behaviour by others, my condition is embracing enough without brining notice to my self so I left my shopping and returned home, something needs to be done about this situation.”
“Went for my pensioner £1 meal. Which was fantastic value for soup and a buttered roll with unlimited hot drinks. But the occasion was spoilt by the attitude of one member of restaurant staff, who clearly didn't want to be working there today.”
“There was a long queue and one till open they asked if I would like to go through skane till I said no I had scan tokens there was a queue and six staff standing round taking asked if they could open anuther till bad reasons no wonder aldi is coming top for tills asda needs to get a grip I now they whant dow away with tills but they will suffer in the long term I'm changing my shopping habits”
“Waiting at tobacco counter for sales assistant to finish on her phone before serving me. Another sales assistant saw i wasn't happy so she came to serve me.”
“I never compliment staff only by giving tips ie restaurants but today while i was shopping in asda gorseinon after a hectic day at work now doing a family shop so trolley full and frantically trying to fit all food on belt the member of staff asked for my bags and filled my bags for me not only did this help but he was so friendly and calm and made my shopping trip a bit easier i have seen this gent before and wonderd why people went to him before any one else now i know why asda you must be proud of some of your staff because you could see he loves his job and people appreciate him too so i would like to say a big thank you to david the grey a true gent”
“Been to Asda shopping with my husband and my husband picked up £5 on floor as he was buying cigarettes girl approached him on desk and was rude and said give me the £5 u just picked up there was no please can u hand it in she didn’t give him a chance was very rude the way she done this always shop in Asda but nothing to be polite to your customers it was way she asked she didn’t even give a chance to hand it in and said give it to me that money it was at around 6:30 ish”
“A lot of Staff are ignorant snd seem to have totally missed the customer service training. Not a nice atmosphere as the staff can be aggressive.
Last year a manager raised her eyes when i was speaking to her and tutted in my face!”
“Excellent customer service from friendly efficient staff recently , I would like to mention Darren who was working in the soft drinks isle for very kindly looking for me after I left my handbag in the isle , when he couldn't find me he took my bags to customer service where a very nice lady called my name for me to recover my bags ,as Asda staff are not allowed to accept a reward I felt I had to write to acknowledge my appreciation .”

Shocking attitude of staff at Asda Gorseinon I have witnessed the way staff speak to members of the public on several occasions especially the elderly, but I was approached by a young lady today and she was very rude to me and my husband me especially hasten to say I won’t be shopping at this store anymore and will be encouraging my friends and family not to!!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would..A member of staff swore at me under her breath today (quite short and plump with short brown hair didn’t get the name) and also checkout woman was a horror bag..Also staff don’t stick to the rules of 2 meters apart during this coronavirus outbreak..just barge past with they’r big trolleys..I would rather drive up to Tesco to shop from now on where they employ decent people...Have a staff meeting and put them all in line is best or employ better staff..that is all”
“Will not be visiting again! After what was an impressive entrance with social distancing being monitored it’s sad to say that the rest of the shopping experience was awful. Absolutely no one including the staff were abiding by the arrows on the floor. There was too many shoppers walking everywhere and no one monitoring this. The security men were having a chat at the entrance and one girl showing us where to queue for the tills, at this point I must say this queuing system is very confusing and even she didn’t know where to direct shoppers. In the end I had to ask this girl to leave me alone as she was telling me not to put items on the end of the till and to wait even though I was behind the sign. Other people were doing as they pleased. It was carnage. For shame Asda, you should know better, a very disappointing shopping experience in the current climate. Definitely will not be going again.”
“I bought a joint of pork last week , I normally get the offer 3 for £10.00, but my granddaughter wanted pork so I had to buy a separate joint which cost me Nearly £6.00, when cooked I started to cut it and found it was full of fat and Grissel, they had slapped two small pieces of meat together and all the rest was fat, if I could send you a picture I would, where is quality control ? I've had better meat when I get 3 for ten pounds, I was absolutely disgusted, I won't be doing that again.”
“Nice shop but coffee shop sraff need re training as are quite rude. Also prices are not clear as to what is a meal deal and a sweet treat. Cakes have stickers on saying meal deal.”
