No tyres arrived to be put on my car had to arrange for other tyres at a extra £180, have tried for 5 days to get someone to sort this out email, support horus on the phone and twitter. Next stop trading standards!!! Avoid at all costs

Booked the week prior to Sat 21 Dec to have 3 tyres fitted at Asda Chandlers Ford (Barmers Tyre & Battery Fitters). Got confirmation and arrived prior to my booking time of 08:30 to be told my tyres hadn't been delivered. Emailed them on Saturday morning. Called Barmers on Monday morning, still no tyres. Phoned Asda Tyres to say the tyres were delivered "according to their system" and that they'll request a POD. They didn't even hear what I had said about Barmers not receiving the tyres. Called to chase up 3 hours later, still nothing. Apologised for the back log (NOT MY PROBLEM!). Thankfully found another local dealer to help me. Requested REFUND. That came through within an hour. SO WHY LIE?? Not happy with their service at all! Won't be using them again.

A joke of a company. Paid for tyres, made appointment, they didn't have them to send to the garage. Had to chase the confirmation and they still didn't say anything. They are not ASDA they are colewood-automotive using ASDAs name. Both should be ashamed.

My experience with Asda tyres was appalling. First appointment they contacted me the night before by email to tell me it was cancelled, they then made a second appointment which I drove to in the snow only for the tyres not to have turned up at the fitters. Each time I have struggled to get through on the phone to them, often waiting over 40 mins on hold. Eventually took me several emails and calls and about to 2 weeks to get my money refunded. Couldnt really call my interaction with them a service, more of an inconvenience and a cost for nothing. They are very quick to take your money for a service that they have no chance of fulfilling. Then very difficult to get your money back. I will never be using them again.

Bought two new rear tyres fror my car as I had just picked up a nail in one, and it was to big for a repair. booked and paid for them on the website and then chose the closest garage with the earliest appointment slots Turned up on time and the garage said they knew nothing of the appointment apart from when my tyres where dropped off that morning Told they where to busy to fit them so suggested I ring round and try and find someone to help Long story short found a garage to fit them and contacted asda to be reimbursed as I had to pay again to get them fitted Sent e mail not answered despite saying they respond in 24 hours on the paperwork After three attempts and literally 2 hours on hold got through to be told they don't reimburse fitting charges and that the garage shouldn't have actually given me the tyres (which I had paid for) Apparently the garage and asda should have rescheduled another appointment, as the garage owner had already told me he was booked out for the next 3-4 days I was obviously expected to just carry on driving to work and ferrying the family around with the nail still in the tyre!! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have now learnt my lesson and won't be a repeat customer the customer services are a joke I will be taking this as far as I can as I am well out of pocket and will be looking to get my additional fitting costs returned My advice is use a tyre company that actually knows what they are doing

Avoid. Paid for a tyre/booking online got there said it was the wrong size?! Now have to wait 5-days for a refund. Could of got a tyre for the same price elsewhere and not of wasted my time going to the garage to be told I’d paid for a tyre they couldn’t fit?!

I got all the confirmation as usual. By 11:00 nobody had been so I called to check everything was ok, and the lady said she would let the fitter know and be with us by 12...THIS WAS A LIE. It got to 1:00 and I called again, only to be told “would you mind if it was tomorrow now” so I said yes I would mind, My girlfriend who’s car it is, works for the NHS and she could have been helping people in the Pandemic Covid -19 crisis!!! I the agreed to them fitting them the next day only to called up by HALFORDS and told “ HI SIR WE CANNOT FIT THEM TODAY”!!!! So Me and my girlfriend have now waited in 2 days for 2 tyres and nothing has been done. The reason I wanted the mobile service is because we are in lockdown and have children present. Not one person has rung me or sent an email but I got confirmation that they HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY!!!! Tyres ordered and booking day/time agreed. Tyres were not delivered until 5 days after the original date. Fitters were as frustrated as we were and kept us informed of the lack of delivery. Avoid AsdaTyres. Don't delivered what they promise. Definitely don't recommend.

Utterly awful. They booked me into a tyre fitters on a day they were closed. When I re-arranged the booking, they failed to deliver the tyres to the fitters. Avoid.

I called to confirm the tyres I wanted were in stock I was assured they were. So i went ahead with the purchase, two days later recieve an email asking me to select another tyre as they were not in stock. They didnt have my second choice of tyre so I requested a refund. I was told a refund can take upto 6days bearbin mind they dont have to wait for tyres to be returned as the tyres I requested winter be in stock untill 2020 so a refund should have been easy to do. I have to wait for the refund in to purchase another set of tyres absolutely shocking service. Dont waste your time ordering here, pay a fraction more elsewhere and have a much better service.

Appalling service - and interesting to see that the same names (David and Megan) appear in several other threads. A cancelled tyre order over a month ago still not refunded. Claims of missed emails and repeated promises that it’s been sorted - bordering on outright lies. Another email this morning saying it will be a further 14 days. I’m fairly certain that David and Megan play each other off against customers too. Frustrating as the complaints procedure is to go through customer services where the problem lies. Unfortunately I am one of those people who never complain unless pushed - but then I don’t give up. Won’t be using Asda again. Looking to take issues externally.

Absolutely appalling Service booked a tyre fitting and was told to have car at Garage before 0830 arrived on time to find tyre had not been delivered but asked to wait as it may be on its way. I had moved meetings and arranged time off work to deal with this matter as i has quite a journey to undertake and didn't fancy doing it on a space saver. tyre never arrived spoke to ASDA customer Service to be told they only use ASDAs name and are nothing to do with them. The garage had another tyre but it was £40 ponds more expensive when I told this to the operator I was just told read the small print we don't guarantee anything. Appalling service and appalling customer service this must be Brand damaging for ASDA

What an absolute disgrace these people are to the human society. I had a punctured tyre due to driving over a dangerous pothole on the M11. I ordered a tyre from Asda Tyres with mobile fitting. I was not only delivered the incorrect tyre model but mobile fitting (Essex Mobile Tyres) damaged my alloy and did not balance the wheel! I asked the fitter to remove the tyre, but he refused. And then he has the audacity to tell Asda Tyres that I was happy with the tyre and fitting. Straight after the fitting, I made a complaint to Asda Tyres after numerous telephone calls and E-Mails with photos clearly showing the tyre model sent and the damage caused, but they disagreed with my complaint. They do not accept the fact that they delivered a complete different tyre to the one that I ordered. I ordered a Bridgestone Potenza, but I was sent a Bridgestone Turanza Eco which is half the price of the tyre that I brought. Thankfully I had called to ask for a document receipt the day I had ordered the tyre! I offered them two options; to either give me a full refund, or to deliver the correct tyre but they refused both. I have contacted my bank and this will be fully investigated. For sure I will be given my money back with the support of my bank as I have strong evidence to support my claim. I will also be making a complaint to Financial Ombudsman Service for the trouble and upset caused. I am not to take anything further with my alloy being damaged as I need a new alloy because my alloy is buckled due to the incident that happened on the M11. But this is a lesson learnt to go to a professional even with the simplest thing. If you are in the right and they refuse a refund, go straight to your bank with evidence as they have the power to take the money back off of them! Stand for your rights!

Used on line mobile fitting service with Asda, given date , told to contact fitter for time on date, did so was told he would phone on morning of fitting , never heard from him , phoned Asda after three times of trying, Was told fitter broke arm . that is why they never got round to me, next after another number of attempts to get through , emailed them , eventually got a reply stating it was a arm on the fitting machine that was broken not the fitters arm, then informed it would be the middle of January before fitting could take place, cancelled the tyres , ,, it is truly the worst company in my life to deal ill cant get my money back ,PayPal is now trying but being ignored by Asda, , I think i will contact Police as this is a case of fraud, taking your money .,not delivering the goods .or returning your money, Prospective customers Please dont use this company,

Can I give zero stars, as that was my experience with asda tyres, what a diabolical service, tyres never arrived twice, costing me money having to take time of work to have them fitted, refund never arrived leaving me over 800 pounds down with no car. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Ordered tyres on Wednesday, with a fitting date on Friday 10:30 through Asda tyres. Got an email confirmation. Went to the fitters Friday 10:25, fitter shrugged his shoulders and said “I know nothing about this and the tyres haven’t been delivered. If they get delivered I’ll call your mobile if it’s on the order, but just go home and give Asda tyres a call”. Asda tyres account wasn’t working, saying I needed to register my email, but when I register it said it wasn’t activated but already existed, when I asked to send the activation link I again it said an error had occurred. Activation email just took me to the login screen again and repeated what I’ve just said. First call no answer after 20mins, email sent (no reply). Twitter DM sent to Asda customer services (no reply) second call no answer. Third call Liam answered after 15mins, very polite, very apologetic about the telephone wait, apologetic to my situation, looked into my order and said unfortunately there was a message off their supplier saying the tyre was out of stock. They could book another tyre to be fitted but it would be after Christmas, or he could refund. I chose to refund. Checked my email inbox again and found only the order confirmation, nothing from Asda tyres to say my order was out of stock. 40mins of driving to the fitter and back wasted. I would not recommend Asda tyres to anybody.

Like many other reviews Asda have let me down and I cannot believe how bad they are. Ordered a tyre thru Asda Tyres and booked it in, attended and fitter says his diary full and can’t do it for a week. Foolishly this is the second time Asda Tyres have done this and on both occasions Asda tyres made no attempt to communicate that the fitter couldn’t honour the appt. The tyre was urgent so I called a local independent who fitted me in that day, the cost was a few pounds more but I received proper service. Regarding the refund the tyre was ordered on the 10th, cancelled on the 12th and refund of payment still not received 10 days later. I called and was put on hold for 30 mins on the 22nd to be advised payment will still take 72 hours. Emailed customer services on 23rd to lodge formal complaint and they advised will still be 72 hours. Terrible service for such a simple process.

1 week later no tyre and tried to call, on "hold" for over an hour each time, email Asda and they keep directing you back to Asda Tyres!!!!
