“Asked about why my order wasn't accepted by post office and asked if you would check for me or send money back. I never got a answer about my order but did receive my money back. Won't order from you again as I need the pr Product”

It sat in "label created" status for several days. Now I finally received one of the two items ordered. I appreciated the note on the packing slip letting me know that the other item is backordered, but I shouldn't have been charged for it already.”
