“My experience with Astteria was nothing short of amazing! I was browsing for ideas for the ring online and I came across Astteria. I called and spoke to the sales manager, Ehud, in London and he was very helpful in explaining everything I asked. I asked a whole lot of questions because I was a little skeptical about buying site unseen, especially a ring that is this expensive. I think we exchanged 35 emails after we spoke and even during the Passover holiday he answered my questions. I think one of the things I was also most impressed with was the packaging and presentation of the ring when I received it, the box is magnificent along with the extra velvet pouch for safe keeping. I’m so happy with my purchase and my newly acquired fiancé is so excited about her ring! I will absolutely do more business and refer any of my friends to Astteria for any jewelry needs.”

“Last year I bought a yellow diamond ring, and this year I wanted a yellow diamond necklace to match it. There were not many on offer, but I was told that there was a loose diamond that satisfied all the criteria I had in mind, which could be made into a necklace. From that moment onwards, it was really exciting. Ehud helped me all the way, coordinating with the designer, sending me the CAD designs, etc. Now I own a lovely yellow diamond necklace, with double-halo white diamonds, made for no one else but me! Thank you, Ehud, and Mr/Ms designer. From the initial contact to the day I received the item, it was just about two months. If you want something but can't find it on Astteria's website, you can ask them - and you won't be disappointed.”

“I was very nervous at first to make a purchase like this online...but I fell in love with this pink and white diamond ring the first time I saw it. I asked a ton of questions, they were very gracious and reassuring through the whole process. “We wanted to surprise our mother for her 75th birthday and we found the perfect ring through Astteria. They were very responsive in helping us size and ship the ring in time for her birthday. The presentation was amazing. It came in a large shoe sized box which completely disguised the ring box. The thrill of opening the amazing packaging and finally getting to the ring made the experience even better for her. I was a little nervous purchasing such an expensive item without seeing it in person first but based on reviews I thought I would give it a try. I would definitely purchase something from Astteria again.”
