“Booked two tickets for eras tour and then tried to cancel as we decided to go a different day with a friend. Website promises ‘worry free cancellations’ but they now claim no refunds. See screenshots of the website claim. Have made multiple requests and attempts for a refund. No one there cares that their website is misrepresenting their policies.”

“A 1.3 rating is accurate for atom tickets. I wouldn’t recommend using them to get your tickets just buy them at the theater. 2 thumbs down if I could.”

“Twice we showed up to the theatre and found that the seats we had reserved were sold to another customer. Atom customer service just said it was an issue with Megaplex systems and failed to make any compensation. I’ve asked to cancel my subscription and even though they failed in allowing me to use my paid benefits are still holding me to the full subscription. Why should I continue to pay for something I’m not able to use because of a fault of theirs.”

“I booked 2 senior tickets and we couldn’t make the show because I book a theatre far from our home by mistake. I requested a refund and was jerked around for a week and then told I was not getting a refund because we missed the cancellation deadline.DO NOT USE THIS TICKET SYSTEM, IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE, YOU LOSE YOUE MONEY, I DID FOR 2 SENIOR TICKETS + FEES-STAY AWAY FROM THEDE GUYS”

“Horrible service. We had to pay for a movie we did not see at all, the movie theater was gladly giving us a refund but once they scan the ticket their system would not let us. The movie theater told us to go through Atom to get the refund for the movie we did not watch since they could not do it. I emailed Atom and it took over a week to even get responses and they refuse to refund me. We now have a movie we never seen, because it was literally so loud we couldn't even walk into the theater so they end up canceling the movie. It was even on the news that something was wrong with the theater and people had to leave, yet we still got stuck paying for a family of five for a movie we never saw. Absolutely ridiculous! Then when I asked to speak to the manager the person refused to let me. I am so upset and will be leaving reviews all over about this problem. “Only giving a star because I can not leave 0. I've had atom app for a few years and all of the sudden I can't make any purchases. So I contact customer service, which btw is only via Chat. The # they have provided just directs you to chat. I was told because I attempted too many times to place my order that my account was deactivated by the system. Which doesn't make sense because any normal person who has placed an order and it doesn't go through will attempt to do it again. So, they can not fix it this decision. But joke is on them, I'll just use another platform & give them my business. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM.”

“I didn't even know I had an Atom account anymore until yesterday when I saw that I was charged for $50 for 2 movie tickets. Luckily I was still able to log in and cancel that transaction. I changed my password and still got hack again! This time for $99 and I am locked out of the account. The customer service number doesn't work so I hope I hear back through email. How is this company even around with these horrible reviews and endless scams! I want my money back!”

“Went through the process of buying two tickets. Then it said something went wrong. Got an email that said thank you for buying tickets but we did not get any tickets in email or text. Avoid this dysfunctional outfit.”

“There is no trail to refund these tickets. No confirmation email, no receipt. Just a QR code for the event that you have to print out at the time, with no supporting information on it. AVOID ATOM.”

“We bought tickets through ATOM for a Met Opera simulcast of The Hours. There was no sound. The movie theater said that we needed to request a refund from Atom. Atom denied our claim for the price of the tickets. Atom is the WORST. NEVER BUY TIX THROUGH ATOM. MAJOR RIP OFF.”

“I wanted to cancel a ticket reservation I made and was told I’d get a refund within a certain amount of days it never came and when I contacted customer service they said they had already sent the refund back but I still got nothing. They proceeded to tell me if I didn’t receive it then it was a problem withe my bank account not being able to receive refund which has never been a problem before. The refund never came they have bad customer service and don’t refurbish you I went ahead and deleted my account and will never use again!”

“Their app locked me out before my showing and by the time anything could of been done the movie would had been halfway over. I hit them up explaining and trying to show them that it wasn’t my fault nor did they have a way of helping because they deal with e-mail responses instead of there being a phone number. So there goes my $44 bucks, and they really aren’t trying to help me with this scenario that wasn’t my fault it was their stupid app’s.”

“Accidentally purchased ticket for movie starting in 1 minute. Immediately called to correct and purchased new tickets. Had to jump thru hoops, treated rudely and ultimately never given refund. Was told to drive to theatre to see about refund”

“This is a scam site, I purchased tickets for march 23, it somehow changed the date to march 22 so I couldn’t cancel the order, you pieces of garbage owe me $31.”

“The app and desktop version are not allowing me to select a seat to purchase. So I tried contacting customer service. They only offer an email and chat options. I emailed and also reached out to them during their business hours. I was assigned Noel in chat after 5 minutes of waiting. It's now 24 minutes later and I'm chatting into a void and getting no response even though it still shows that I am "Chatting with Noel." This is literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced.”
