Waited all day for ATS mobile fitter to come and didn't turn up He called at 520pm, hours after time slot expired and said he came and parked in a car park nowhere near my house, waited and left again! He then said ' ah well, the call centre will be in touch to reschedule' He obviously couldn't be bothered on Friday evening to fit them I waited all day for the 1230 to 4pm time slot Bought Blackcircles and these jokers are their mobile fitters Refund demanded Never again!

ATS Aylesford & poor response from head office. Failed the MOT on my parents motorhome for no reason. After a second opinion at another mot centre (NOT ATS), there was nothing found to be wrong and the vehicle passed without a single advisory. This garage took advantage of an older couple to try and extract more money from them. They also let them drive the vehicle off of the forecourt which was deemed as ‘dangerous, do not drive’ This experience caused them to cancel a holiday which has cost them money. When a complaint was sent to ATS head office, it took 9 days for ATS to acknowledge the complaint. Then 10 days later, no update given. This is being taken further with the relevant authorities.

Have been going to ATS for 15 years + and always found them really good. Went today with query puncture. Told tyre would need replacing as other damage - no problem. Then told price of £119 for tyre they had in stock - seemed huge amount for small car/ middle range tyre. However, told it was unusual size/ prices gone up etc. so went along with it. When I got home, checked online fitted price with ATS - £81.99!! Was amazed and contacted local centre and central customer service to ask why I was not given option to buy online given 50% price hike? Told that it was not their company's job to tell me the options/ up to me to research properly - centre manager was OK but "customer service" Tshani was pretty aggressive in putting this across! I appreciate that online price will be different, but surely not by 50% and not giving me options available feels unhelpful and underhand to put it mildly. Last time I use them and I suggest you specifically ask/ go online before buying from ATS.

ATS recharged my Air-Con in July 2022. I used it for the remainder of that summer. When I attempted to use it on the first warm day of 2023 it had reverted to the original poor operation. I contacted ATS who replied with this comment. "In relation to the air con regas service, a leak test and pressure test is conducted on all vehicles. During the test, if any faults regarding the air conditioning system are picked up the system will automatically stop the air con regas job. If no faults appear, the system will go ahead to the recharge the air con to the manufacturing standards. Having said this, in some cases if the vehicle has a small leak, the system may not be able to pick this up on and an air con regas will be carried out." So basically they test first but if there equipment does not pick up any fault which they admit can happen they will still re-charge. Also they offer no warranty. Everything appears to be in ATS favour leaving me out of pocket in having to have it recharged again. Awful service and awful Customer service.

Charged me 27% more for tyres than another specialist 10 miles away. Customer services ignored me twice. Given the pot hole situation this lot are completely out of order. Avoid or at least check another tyre supplier before you commit

The Cirencester Branch was always efficient, helpful and honest-but not anymore. The car was booked for a specific problem with one wheel and yet before you can say KwikFit the car was being enthusiastically dismantled. All four wheels were off and the demand that pads, discs, callipers and more with a vague quote about £450-£650+. I asked if they could fit a new crankshaft too! Anyway, went elsewhere and sorted, they can no longer be trusted-imagine an MOT….

Don’t be fooled by the seemingly good value that they offer. They will take your money quite happily despite not having the tyres in stock, or even know when they will be! Not good enough I’m afraid

Waited in all day got a text to say 40 mins away at 12:30 never arrived. Messaged to say rescheduled for 8:30-1pm next day. When contacted at 4pm asked for 8:30 for tyres to be fitted, told cannot do that. The driver doesn’t start until 11am!!! So why give a time frame from 8:30, customer service is absolutely appalling. Avoid at all costs it’s true what other disappointed customers have said about them and their device.

Mot tester Bristol Feeder road a joke, minor defect on window screen he could not say crack or scratch on window screen ?, i could not see anything myself when i asked him to show me he could not see it? What a joke , Would not go there again or recommend.

They didn't turn up. I've wasted a day of annual leave (I work clinically in the NHS and can't work from home), I had a booking to replace a flat tyre and they've left me sat at home all day with no explanation. Would not recommend their mobile tyre service. Based in Nuneaton.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are very quick to take your money and terrible it refunding for something that they knew at the time of taking the money, they couldn't do. They took monies for a full alignment of my car at the same time as fitting 4 tyres for an appointment a week later. At ttime of fitting they said they couldn't do the alignment as the manufacturer does not release the info. As it happens this is rubbish as I got it aligned elsewhere. 2 weeks later I am still chasing for a refund even though it has been promised, they can't put me through to finance, customer complaints or anyone who who can actually do anything.

Booked a oil charge at hornchurch branch when I arrived was told to busy could not do the oil change rebook or refund. I asked for refund because they were unprofessional and bab attitude, still waiting 3 weeks on for my refund, after several phone calls taking it up with my bank now. Do not use them

just like a lot of the other reviews i paid for tyres, couldn't get them. 7 weeks later 4 or 5 phone calls with at least 3 hours of hold music and i've still not got the refund! honestly use any other company! ideally go and support a small local business that will give good service and appreciate the custom

Ordered 2 tyres on 14th Dec and paid £450 told next day tyres not is stock , asked for refund told it be in my bank 5 to 7 working days. Contacted customer services twice been told payment been approved be with you in 2 days. 1 month later still waiting for payment. Customer service is absolute joke no apology or explanation. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a joke. I paid for two tyres on the 30/12/2023 and had to cancel on the 3/1/2023. It's now the 12th January and still no sign of the £227 I paid. No goods have changed hands. There's no investigation required and no cause for quibble. The money left my account immediately on the 30th December. There's no conceivable reason why it couldn't have been returned immediately on the 3rd January. As I say, no goods have changed hands. All this "5 to 7 working days" stuff is nonsense. Just a convenient excuse to keep a hold on money they've no right to. At this time of year too. Their call centre is inhabited by disinterested (and probably unvalued and underpaid) people who simply repeat a selection of scripted responses. They serve no logical purpose whatsoever as they're clearly unable (or maybe just can't be bothered) to action anything. And of course, they can't give the number for the precious accounts department, or an email address. Confirming that all they are are cannon-fodder gatekeepers, protecting the people behind the scenes who are blatantly taking the P1$$. Avoid at all costs.

unqualifieds, liars and scammers. after they was unable to sort an mot test om the Oldbury garage, they lied me they triaed to contact me but actually they did not ring me. i ask a refund what has not been sorted not even after 11 days, when i ask them about my money, they lied me again.....AVOID this rubbish garage

Rip off. Bought 4 tyres with fitting appointment from website. Immediately called to say tyres weren't available. Refund still not through 7 days later. This happens so often with them that they must know what is going on and it is deliberate. Customer service not interested, Email complaint 'promises response in 7 days'. They don't care, they think people will move on when the refund eventually comes through. If it is their fault they should refund immediately or check stock before taking payment.

Tyre fitter said the tyre sensor was broken before he took tyre off he said whoever took tyre off before had broke it, didn't want to cause a fuss he said sensor was still working so asked if I wanted it glued into wheel it is now rattling in my wheel will go to local garage to get it fixed
