“SCAMMERS!!!! Do not order unless you do not care, if the clothes fit or not - you will NOT get a refund. Especially not, when you are from oversea!! They will f*** you right over and you have NO chance for justice! I reported to the international cyber crime departement AND to the police departement Edinburg because I have no other chance! They betrayed me saying, my return is too late, which is a straight up lie!!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!”

“This is a scam site! I have purchased two pairs of sunglasses from a boutique but the package came with only one. I emailed customer support multiple times, and one agent responded and promised to follow up. However, support then went radio silent. I have emailed support multiple times as there is no phone number. If you want a responsible shopping experience, do not shop here!”

“I’ve ordered multiple items from atterley and they have yet to ship, and the response time is very slow. I let them know that these items are for my nephews birthday which is vastly approaching, but it seems as if they have no regards as they don’t email me back or even acknowledge me. It’s either you ship my items out or I will demand a refund. This is so unruly and unreasonable coming from a professional business, highly unexpected and highly disappointed to say the least.”

“This was my first order with Atterley, I ordered a coat on Friday 15.30 Dutch time and I received it on the Monday after the weekend rond 15.00, Atterley and the shop Maze thank you for the quick delevery. greethings from Holland.”

“My experience with Atterley so far has been seamless. The problem is with DHL. They said they'd deliver Friday so I stayed in all day. It didn't happen. Then Monday. Didn't happen. O Tuesday I got a notification saying it would be delivered but by that time I'd gone to another address so I had to wait a day until it could be delivered there. Which made me realise it probably never was going to be delivered on the Friday anyway....”

“Lovely range and quality of products. Easy to use website. Only downside is that delivery is a little slow for such a high end company. For the amount you pay (on products and postage) I'd expect next day.”
