“So many red flags after talking to customer service! I ordered 1 book from this company. I was barely able to finish it. Download speed was incredibly slow and the app is full of glitches. I also thought it was a 1 time charge. Little did I know that my account was being charged monthly. When I contacted customer service for help, their line was set up to automatically go to voice-mail. I did not receive a call back. Then I emailed. Over 10 times I emailed. It doesn't matter if you are satisfied. It doesn't even matter if you have been using the product or not. There are no refunds from this company. Only emply apologies and attitude. On top of that the "customer service line" blocked my number, and the person who was emailing with me magically got promoted to manager during our email chain!”
