“Good product but not happy with after sales communication or service. I bought a dual battery kit which was missing a part shown in the installation instructions. When I asked to have it posted to me my email was never answered.”

“Purchased the 300W slimline solar panel. It was a fairly straight forward buying process, but I would have liked a bit more technical data on the panels. The basic data is given, but being a lot more expensive than other panels on the market, I know the build quality etc is much better than these other brands, the cheaper brands seem to give a lot technical data than the Kickass. I had to do some additional searching off site to find what I needed to know. Fortunately in one of these searches I found a discount code of 10%, which which means I can get a carton and a half of beer on Australian Direct... cheers. Will give a review of actual product when I receive it.”

“Love the fridge/freezer we purchased from u! The hot water system not so good, watched the videos called support line twice, still no go, i want a solution not a run around...ur battery gear looks great, lets give it a shot!”

“I found that looking for particular products was a bit of a hassle, ( not in the expected sub-category) some of the products displayed on Australian Direct/ Kickass Youtube vids weren't easy to find in your store, or were not shown at all.”

“Fairly easy to use/order from. Had difficulty getting the system to accept my postal address and instead had to order to my work address. Payment was easy and hassle free to complete and follow up communication has been regular.”

“Was asked to rewiew product the day after my online purchase. Now that I have received my battery charger and used it once, it seems ok. Seems to work on automatic ok. Don't know why there is a mode button, because it does nothing. No matter how many times I pressed it or for how long.”

“Australia Direct is the marketing Kickass products that is good products, but the courier problem is the big back draw. I have that very bad experience recently and want to say Kickass products is very good no doubt at all. But the courier business that bring the products dont deliver the heavy stuff and that end up on facebook market for resale. Me as customer have to wait 3 weeks to get to the point of refund because the part of the products was not received. Call the courier, calling, Australia Direct. Big problem if they can get that right this will be the best company and products ever. I like the kickass products.”

“was sent an email say last chance to review my shopping experience, but I have yet to receive the goods I ordered. This is beginning to feel like a 4wdsupacentre type of experience, with ever-changing prices (or discounts) but unlike 4wdsupacentre the goods were dispatched quickly, which is good,”

Hi Matt, we're sorry you feel there is a lack clarification. We take 2-3 business days to dispatch items. Once your item has been dispatched you will recieve an email with your tracking information. Standard shipping to NSW usually takes 3-5 business days.
