“Australian Direct has been great in regards to my camping needs. I really enjoy having good quality and follow up with my purchases. I thought I had an issue with my fridge . I contacted Kickass about my Fridge and they followed up as it wasn't their fridge. It was my lead (lead was purchased at a cheap shop). I have purchased 10 Kickass items with no issues. Thanks its Kickass.👍👍”

“hopefully just an isolated unlucky experience but my awning arrived defective with the velcro shower head mounting strip useless (same fluffy velcro on both sides). australian direct initially only offered store credit stating the repair job should be easy enough for me but was seriously disappointing a company deemed it the customers responsibility to repair a BRAND NEW product. Plus it's riveted in so it'll be a messy job repairing. Also the shower head is poor quality plastic and broke on the first day with the entire interior structure coming loose from the exterior housing so the water on/off switch was ineffective and it leaked profusely out of the bottom of the shower head. AustralianDirect offered me $40 refund to do the repairs myself and have told me to expect a replacement shower head (that I've only been supplied tracking info for this morning after requesting again after a week from the resolution) but kind of underwhelming and disappointing honestly”

“This company has supplied me exactly what I needed, an Anderson’s plug kit. The goods were fantastic. But the couriers ( couriers plus )that delivered the package was very poor service. So if you have a choice select an alternative delivery agent because there is no help from Couriers Plus, I am still waiting for a callback.”

“Love the auction site especial when you can view the item on a u tube link showing where its damaged . BUT The person doing the item description need to make buyer aware if there is any warranty. I still am unsure on my win SKU-1178. Cheers Paul - bay2bush marine - 0477113695”

Hi Paul, all ebay seconds come with a 30 day warranty unlike the items from Australian Direct Website that come with the full warranty.
