“This is my first time dealing with Australia Direct and it was easy with no cumbersome hurdles to jump I also watched the video and I like the accessories to go with my purchase which I will be buying to complement my purchase- voltage meter and power outlets batteries plus other items ( CHEERS )”

“I wrote, asking for some advice on setting up an inverter for my caravan. I received a reply almost immediately recommending, what turned out to be, the least expensive option. Australian Direct could have easily recommended something more expensive bit the didn't. Full credit to them. I then needed some follow up advice which again was given very promptly. My queries were all answered and I was particularly impressed that the answers were not in techno-speak. I went ahead and ordered the recommended inverter together with a suggested in line Low Voltage meter. After my order was placed and payed for, I had another query. I was expecting a somewhat slower response to this query (as I had already paid) but I was very pleasantly surprised with another almost immediate reply. I cannot fault the service. Before, During and especially importantly the After sales assistance. This to me represents a company that considers the customer at all times. Well done Australian Direct ( and in particular, Dexter)”

“Easy site to use. Wasn’t able to find where to approve my original order in my email, only took me to the quote where I wasn’t able to do anything on my phone. would have been quicker if there was a prompt when I went to purchase to register an account to proceed.. Unless I just missed something.”
