“I’ve had to call auto national out twice in the past and both times they have been exceptionally helpful and phoned me multiple times in between the initial call to get someone out to help me and them arriving to check on my safety and whether anyone has arrived yet. Customer service is excellent and there is never a queue on the phone line.”

“I phoned Auto National this morning to renew our breakdown policy. The call was answered quickly (which surprised me as it was a Monday morning) I was dealt with by Elsie. She was very professional, explained the renewal policy simply and clearly and our new documents were quickly sent through to our e-mail address”
