Ordered a car part neally a month ago still not arrived, will not use autodoc again, if I had known it was coming from Germany I wouldn't have bothered

After reading all this bad reviews i hesitated to order to be honest. But i did it anyway. So 3 weeks later my order has arrived at a perfect condition and exactly with the items that I order. If you don't have a problem to wait 3 weeks then i do recommend them, great quality and services.

Hi, I needed some parts for my front suspension, So I ordered all sach front shock absorbers, Springs,Top mounts , dust kit for the front axle and a pair meyle wheel bearings for the front axle too , Now like a previous chap said if your not in a hurry order from autodoc as it come direct from Germany, it may take a week or two which was great ,well he is 100% correct i was in no rush and I saved plenty £££ from ordering from autodoc , I would highly highly recommend this great company , not only do they do a plethora of informative videos on you tube , you can order from them too at great prices , I know a few people have had bad experiences , which is shame as mine was great 👍 All the best Tom 👍

Autodoc took 6 weeks and 5 days to deliver my timing belt and service parts!!! Shockingly bad customer services promised 4 times to update me as to where it was and only told me after 5 weeks it was stuck at the border. AND the two fuel filters were the wrong one so I had to buy locally from a business that knows what they are doing. ALSO, the filter kits from Autodoc do not tell you what is included - you have to guess. I guessed wrong and ended up with two fuel filters that didn't even fit my car. Now Autodoc say I have to send them back to Germany to get a refund which would result in a net loss to me. My blood is boiling. If you want a pleasant speedy transaction probably best to buy from a UK business. At least then you can legally send anything damaged/wrong back for free. Autodoc asked me to revise my review so..... - Autodoc have refused to deal with the incorrect items they sent, asking me to return they to Germany at my own expense. I am out of pocket and stuck with items I cannot use and have no legal way to hold Autodoc responsible for their actions. BUYERS BEWARE

Still waiting for delivery. 3 weeks now a d just some pratt on chat line pretending to help and disappears while u wait. No updates nothing. If your in UK do not waste your time with these people..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. very bad support experience. still waiting to recieve refund on goods that were returned over a month ago. Replies to mails are always signed off by different people and often request information that is either irrelevant or already covered. Terms and conditions state refund will be issued once proof is provided that goods were returned. This is false would recommend to avoid. Latest is that afert I have been waiting over a month already they need to follow up with courier which according to them may take weeks.

They make their money by scamming people. They send you wrong parts, and you have to pay to return it. Customer service is non existing. By far the worst experience I have ever had. This is the 3ed day and they still haven’t been able to help me. There is of cause not a number you can call. Only email and a completely useless chat, where you get kicked off, and then you get a new person , where you start all over again. By now I have 34 emails, spend 5 hours on the chat speaking to 7 different people, 3 days later still no solution. Not even close.

We remind you that searching using license plate or car data cannot guarantee 100% compatibility, because different types of car parts with different specifications can be fitted to the vehicle and due to changes made by the manufacturer over the years. The description of goods contains OE numbers for comparison. It is always advisable to check compatibility using the VIN number with help of our support team, which is always at your disposal. Ordered my part about 22 days ago no part arrived customer service are a joke how such a poor company can operate in this manner is mind boggling have had.my money for 3 weeks no part when i make contact they use a covid excuse about how long its taken complete lie have reported company for fraud

They claim to have products in stock but they are not. They send the products only after 7 days from purchas after you enquire why did they not sent it . When I send them clarification emails, you receive a copy paste message telling you that they are sorry. They do not even bother to read your email. Do Not buy from this trader

I am still waiting for my order of a brake calliper ,on tracking it's never moved,my wife is a key worker in the UK now without a car .the company do not reply,have been very unhelpful and seem to be very uncaring,they use a delivery company you carn,t contact.the tracking does not work ,they are not in the uk.Will someone help me please and actually contact me, Where is the part not a lot to ask I think it is it,!!!!

Besides, you do not need to pay any fees and there is no information stating otherwise. Be informed that the GLS is an independent company and they are responsible for the delivery time. Useless lead times for dispatch, they portray themselves as a UK company but fail to clearly state that goods are dispatched from Germany. Ridiculously long dispatch times when compared to other companies, maybe the price is a little better but the wait is not worth it.

Brilliant in every way. I'm a mechanic and the choice of parts is great, you don't have to buy the cheapest all the time. Easy to use website and parts don't take too long to arrive. Very easy to use. I'll be a lifelong customer unless I'm absolutely desperate for something.
