absolutely no communication skills have tried to phone twice waited 10 mins first time & 12 mins second time then immediately cut of. very quick to take money but then nothing no policy number no documents no communication. I don't no if I am insured or not so cannot drive my car and as they have my money I cannot afford to go elsewhere for insurance. don't have any dealings with this company.

terrible absolutely disgusting cancelled my insurance then weeks later they have taken £200 from my bank account without my permission i have never seen accompany like this stay away at all cost

They sent me my car insurance with the wrong reg plate where i lived the cost of the car Please don't go with them they are rubbish and not helpful

God help you if you need to call them, make an amendment to your policy or make a claim. Very quick and easy to take your money but the good service stops there. If you are 100% sure you will never need to speak to an advisor or make a claim them get your insurance here. Otherwise avoid like the plague and find a reputable company.

Took about six weeks to get my quote for repair acted on. I spent lots of time emailing and phoning Autonet and Kitsune to no avail. Not one of my calls or messages were acted on. Diabolical customer service. The garage that did my repairs said they’d never come across such a dreadful company to deal with. They were very good and put in the legwork that your company should have been doing. They too had communication problems. I’ve since purchased a new car and will be canceling my Insurance with you in the next few days. I’d like to add that the last person I spoke to about my NCD was lovely and efficient.

Absolute rip off. Quoted one price for my Dad who paid for the policy through go compare and after the policy was set up sent him a letter saying he had to pay another £130!! Then proceeded to charge him £25 to cancel it when the policy hadn't even started. Unable to speak to anyone on phone and only able to do this through live chat. This company made the mistake but disgusting way for an insurance company to behave particularly when it was them who made the mistake. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Parasites no assistance at all cancelled my policy at first chance they got to get out of a small claim causing lots of stress and problems . Oh and I had legal cover but still no help it’s just a big costly middle man

I had an accident last Thursday, so 8 days ago. I spent Friday to Monday trying to get through on the phone line, but was just constantly on hold. So I wrote to them on Tuesday this week. I gave them my mobile and my email,address. I have still heard absolutely nothing from them. Thank goodness it’s only a bump as opposed to a write off. Not that they know that....

Absolutele joke of a company. My dad (73yo) has just taken out a policy with these scam artists. Had a phone call to say his claim from a few years ago had the wrong date on it by 2 months. Oh that will be another £298 then please... The policy isn't due to start for another 4 days so he said to cancel it as he's not paying that. Oh that'll be £25 cancellation fee then.. Absolutely disgusting how this company is operating.

Beware!! If you find yourself having to cancel through no fault of your own.....they will charge you the earth!! £83 to cancel as I had to sell my car. Zero empathy zero customer service skills. Avoid

Changed to a newer model car to be told they can’t insure it and then gave me a quote for a new policy 3x more expensive and then got told they be taking £50 of my refund due to canceling which is not my fault , and all they say on here and other places were sorry which is bull and go down complaint path which is also bull , so be warned stay away and pay that little bit extra from a proper insurance company to save you the hassle of cowboys like this

Policy auto renewed, my error as I did not see the email. The day after it renewed I telephoned them, incidentally, I was on the phone for over 45 minutes, to see how much the cancellation charge would be. After being passed around to three different departments, two of which quoted me the same price of £31 to cancel, after being told that they couldn't match the quote I had from another provider (over £200 cheaper!), the cancellation fee then went up to £54.

set up and bought insurance,few days later they said id put a date wrong in previous claim ,wanted to add 408quid to my week old policy to change it and keep it running ,i declined and they said would start as new policy and this time 300 quid more ! ,i went right through the whole application again to be told this.i said its unacceptable and i will cancel in the morning .438 pounds upto 800 odd for a date error!!1.greed has cost them as i had 2 other vehicles ready for insurance.AVOIDim going to trash them all over the net for this .wasting my time and money

I filled all details of a claim I made 3 years ago when an unknown driver hit my car when parked in the road outside my house when I was looking to renew my insurance. I foolishly paid there and then online then the next day received an email saying they’ve got details of a claim I made 3 years ago, could I ring them to provide details. They said that I said it was a non fault accident but according to my current insurers, it was a my fault accident. I was told insurers say a third party hitting my car and driving off IS MY FAULT! Apparently, if they can’t claim off a third party, then it’s your fault. My quote was £212 but they had to rerun the quote saying the accident was my fault and it came out £112 extra! So I told them to cancel it and give a refund. To add insult to injury, they charged me a £25 administration fee for doing so! Not Happy.

BEWARE. Cancellation fees extremely high! Been with Autonet for 3 years. Cancelled my insurance and got slapped with a £50 cancellation fee plus a £50 broker cancellation fee! Raised complaint, no response in this but now a letter demanding even more money! Beware, cashing in at every point possible! You have been warned....
