“you need to advise that you dont accept american express payments. it lets you put in all your details and then brings up an error but doesnt advise its because you only accept Visa/Mastercard. I thought it was an actual error with the website and wasted about half an hour trying it numerous times”

“Poor service and it seems they do require a lot of phonecalls and additional charges. Whilst for all other companies, it seemed to have been quite straightforward. In the end companies have all the data and search engines like money supermarket have all the necessary details, so it's just a few clicks. But for autonet specifically, things can get complicated.”
