“ We took the full 1st year package for our baby and paid £2000 over the £149 that we had paid. They did the new born shoot, and after that they stopped all communications. They even did not bother to inform us that the reading studio (Henley) was shut. So now, we are no where. The second and the third shoot was not done, and I am not even getting replies when I asked for the refund. Horrible Horrible!! ”
