“I decided to get my items here out of any other place as I trusted this website to provide the best service possible for me. Especially since I have tricare and they had the best options including the kiinde bags for me to get. I will order from them as many times as I can under tricare. Everything is super clean and packaged neatly, and their shipping is super fast too.”

“It was a super quick turnaround (~2 weeks) from when I submitted my request and uploaded my breast pump prescription from my doctor. The delivery came with my breast pump, accessories, and my Kiinde bags. Looking forward to getting the bag refills since it should be on auto-pilot.”

“Incredibly helpful - SUPER easy - and QUICK. My mama brain would constantly forget to reorder supplies if it weren't for the monthly reminders... and when I finally remember to place an order, it is on my door step literally the next day. When insurance messed up my claim, BabyPavilion caught the issue right away, and held my order while I got it fixed. Phenomenal service - 10/10 recommend.”

“I love baby Pavilion! They made pumping a bit more easier. I recommend them to my soon to be moms. They offer great pumps, supplies and deliver it to your door. The reminder every month to resupply is AMAZING! One less thing off mammas plate. I can't say how happy I am with baby Pavilion. As a first time mom I didn't know the process on get my breast pump, but baby Pavilion made it so easy. They don't stop there. Every month they email me to resupply on Kiinde pouches and pump supplies. I love them!!!”

“My experience was amazingly unexpected! I was stress with the process of getting a Breast pump through my insurance. I submitted my form online with baby pavilion within minutes and they took care of everything. Within an hour someone texted me and helped me with an error I made on my end and fixed everything for me so I didn’t have to resubmit my form again. They sent my pump out THAT day and I received it 2 days later at my front door. When your pregnant and overwhelmed this is the kind of support you need from a company! Can not recommend them enough. Thanks Baby Pavilion!!”

“I knew I could get a breast pump with a prescription but I didn’t know where to go from there. I asked a group on Fb and 8 out of 10 recommended Baby Pavilion. Without a doubt I went on their website and filled out their registration and minutes later I received an email with an approved insurance check and shipping date. A week later I received my pump! I couldn’t be happier about it. Baby Pavilion made it so easy! I will without a doubt recommend them!”

“Baby pavilion is the best! I have tricare & was referred to them. Went online on 4/27/20 filled out the order form, uploaded the doctors prescription & submitted. I received an email the next day that my order was processed & breast pump was at my doorstep on 5/4/20. Super pleased with how fast I received product! Definitely recommend to all mothers!”

“With baby pavilion it was so easy to get my pump and other free supplies provided by my insurance company. I was even able to submit my prescription via a picture on my phone, and once approved all of my supplies arrived quickly. Recently they sent me an email reminding me that I get free freezer bags and an extra set of pump parts and I ordered those last week. I would honestly not do this another way-I have had a GREAT experience!”

“Previously I have been using The Breastfeeding Shop to order Kiinde milk storage bags. However, this past month they switched to a different Kiinde bag that is not compatible with their feeding system that my daughter uses (& has been using the last 8 months!) I quickly messaged Baby Pavilion and was told they’re still providing the original bag & that I could order through them!! I was so relieved! I placed an order shortly after and received the bags within the next 30 hours! 5 stars & 2 thumbs up!!”

“My only issue is that I have to call for refills. I was told by a friend that usually refills should be sent out automatically with using tricare. It is a little inconvenience that I have to keep calling. I was also informed I should receive bottles, shields and breastmilk storage bag. But I do not receive all these items. I'm not sure if the policy has changed. If not I'm not pleased with the service.”
