“Hi There happy with the prompt delivery of our zip line accessories , however we have ordered additional equipment from a Company Oregan who has charged us only $130 us dollar to freight to Australia, deleivered the same day”

“Picking a zipline is like drinking from a fire hose these days it seems! There are SO many options. Having a person on the other end of the phone to answer specific questions, help guide your choices and offer advice is second to none. We've been wanting to install a zipline for over a year, but kept getting confused when we'd begin to look for supplies online. In a matter of minutes and after an awesome free consultation with Backyard Ziplines we purchased all we needed and will have our backyard fun up & running in a matter of days! I wish we'd called sooner! These guys are fantastic!”

“I received an email to complete a review but never received an email with order details or any tracking information. My order still has not arrived and it has been more than 5 business days. But because I checked out as a guest and did not receive an email order confirmation, I have no way to keep track of what’s happening with my order and why it’s late.”

“Very helpful customer service quickly steered me to the most appropriate kit (Airtime) for my situation. The kit arrived promptly and was surprisingly simple to install. The components are of very good quality with the trolley in particular being impressively machined. Kids were zipping in short order and the sound of happy screams is constant!”

“I received 2 boxes via Fed X on a Friday afternoon. I left a voicemail that night. Early Monday morning, I received a call giving me the internet link to the installations instructions as well being told a hard copy was being sent via mail. Everybody makes mistakes, it's how you take care of them that makes the difference. Sidro”

“I was asked to write this review one day after I ordered the item. So, I have not received the item to leave a review yet, but they are insisting I do so. So, I give them three stars for asking for a product I have purchased and have not used to be able to give an accurate review.”

“Outstanding follow up and answering questions on the pre order side of things . Just wish I could have swapped out the big boy seat with the wooden round one , I told miles I was more willing to pay difference, but said wasn't allowed. Miles was great answering question as was rob and joy! Haven't received my kit yet”
