“The product arrived 3 days early & in time for Christmas even though they had advised that it would not get here before Christmas. They worked fast to get it shipped out in time anyway! Have not set it up yet however, the components are high quality & professional. It is exactly what we wanted!”

“I was simply blown away with Rob Mortimore and my consultation call. Not only did he answer my questions regarding suggestions on starting platforms and run safety, but Rob also pointed me away from buying a much more expensive kit that was overkill for my backyard needs. Not to mention the fact that rob took the call the day after Thanksgiving, so huge appreciation for working on the holiday weekend. Rob pointed me from the more expensive kits at ziplinegear.com and pointed my to backyardziplines.com instead. On backyardziplines.com we were able to find a kit that fits my family's need at HALF the prices of ziplinegear.com, which allowed us to order more parts like a brake system and toddler seat while staying under budget to allow us to purchase a tree hunter stand elsewhere for a launching platform. Overall I am so happy just with the buying purchase that it feels like the holidays are already here before the products have shipped. I can't thank Rob enough for being an honest and enthusiastic representative during our call as it led me to making a much better purchase for my family overall. Thank you!!!”

“Poor customer support! I'm a previous customer and can attest to the quality of their products. I just ordered a new zip line for our new home. The order was processed...they sent me a message saying it had shipped, then another message saying my full purchase was refunded with no explanation. I e-mailed customer service to figure out what's going on and as of today still have no response. So...first it's good...then it's shipped...then it's refunded (sounds like cancelled) then silence. Feels like nobody is manning the lines. I really expected more.”

“I submitted the below review out of frustration at not receiving a response. I eventually did speak with a CS rep. and learned that the photo on their website was very dated, and never actually depicted the seat they sell. They offered me a full refund. I did not receive the "Zippy Seat" that you represented on your website. The seat I received does not have an important safety feature, a raised back. I have sent two emails to you indicating this, and requesting an immediate replacement, but have not received any response. I purchased your zipline last year and was pleased with both the product and the support I received. However, I am now wondering if my initial impression was wrong.”

“I don’t understand why I am commenting this early in the game. I have just ordered my zip line. I’ve got confirmation that it’s supposed to be delivering soon so I don’t understand why want to review I need to dive bar go well yes it did. Did I receive my product? No I didn’t have I tried it out. Yeah no I have it, so why am I answering this questionnaire, at this time I would figure this would come after I receive my product not before but thanks anyway”
