Printing on to balloons can be very different to printing on to other formats so its important to understand exactly whats needed before we go to print. Our design team often create digital proofs so that customers can see how their balloons might look, this also gives you an opportunity to make changes or add details if needed. We think this is an essential service when creating something bespoke, which is why we don't charge for them. Thank you for your kind review.

Not everyone gets to design their very own balloons from scratch so we do what we can to guide customers through the process and help them get the most our of their balloons. I am really glad to hear that we were able to help.
