“I ordered a ender3 3D printer when it arrived it was damaged so contacted their customer support as it was the Chinese new year it took 2 weeks before I got a reply and that was we don't work weekend so please contact us Monday to Friday well to cut a long story short after 2 months of being given the run around and refusing to replace or refund me I had to contact Paypal for help and get my refund would not trust this group of conmen ever again”
