“I've been a regular customer for several years now. Very happy with service and merchandise. No fuss returns and refunds if wrong size or not a perfect fit. They even applied promotional offer codes for me upon my request on a couple of occasions when I forgot to do so at checkout. The best underwear and clothes shop in the UK and online! If I need something - they are my first stop to check! Andre, London”

“I purchased the Cin2 Hard Jock in white and it was great.. Right from browsing and choosing, to delivery of said underwear. Great explanation of product on the site, made picking what I wanted easier (I'm a jock novice) and easy to navigate. Speedy delivery. Smartly boxed. Will be using them again for sure!”

“The item I ordered was shown on the site as only available in LARGE.......and so I ordered it. When it arrived it was a SMALL size and labelled as such. The cost of sending back the item would have added to the overall cost and so it has gone in the bottom of a drawer as a total waste of money. With this quality of service I made the decision not to buy again. Fortunately other goods purchased before BANG X appeared have been spot on.”

Hi Graeme, Thanks for the review and sorry you received the incorrect size. This is our error and as such you would not incurr any return postage charges. Just pop it in an envelope and send it back by 2nd Class Recorded mail and we will swap it for the correct size and refund you your return postage. Apologies for the inconvenience. Hi Dermot, The tracking for your item says it is being returned to us by the Royal Mail. If you check the tracking in your order dispatch email you can confirm this. It maybe that the Royal Mail did not leave a while you were out card and as such you never knew to collect it from them.
