“Saldatrice ZX7-250, era ad un prezzo offerta e da tempo ero intenzionato ad acquistarne una per casa. La consegna è stata rapida, considerando che proveniva dalla Cina. Imballata molto bene nella sua scatola protetta è arrivata perfettamente integra. Costruzione ben fatta, robusta e bella da vedere con vistoso dislpay del livello della corrente di lavoro. Si tratta di un prodotto non professionale, tuttavia svolge il suo lavoro pienamente bene ed è andata a sostituire la mia vecchia saldatrice (ingombrante e soprattutto pesante). Questa saldatrice, molto leggera è facile da regolare, fornisce in uscita una corrente continua, questo agevola notevolmente un operatore poco esperto e permette 2 modalità di utilizzo (Elettrodo positivo e massa negativo o viceversa). La scelta della modalità di utilizzo è rapida, grazie agli attacchi rapidi dei cavi di uscita. Un ultima cosa non di poco conto, ho sempre letto recensioni su questa macchina che veniva fornita del solo cavo di alimentazione (spina esclusa), non è così, la mia è arrivata munita di presa Europea. Nella confezione oltre alla saldatrice, ci sono i connettori ad attacco rapido per pinza porta elettrodo e massa, e del manuale di istruzioni in inglese. Per chi desidera il manuale nella propria lingua, suggerisco di tradurlo con google traslator e semplice e facile. Buone saldature a tutti.”

“I’ll been buying things from Banggood since 2015. I bought my first unicycle here, road it for almost five years until the battery finally gave out, glad I bought the upgraded better battery. It’s always great to see another email with more offerings. Only wish they could only send offers on things that can be sent to my area of the world. Was left hanging waiting for delivery of a couple of items, before they gave up and returned the money. Thanks Banggood for all the memories and great products.”

“I made a purchase from this particular website which turned out to be a bad purchase. I purchased a mobile phone device which upon arrival appeared to be defective. It wasn't charging. No matter how many hours I left the mobile phone charging, it showed no indication of charging and no indication of operation. I spoke directly to Banggood customer service staff opening a ticket and the process ticked for days until the ticket was automatically closed without any help. Now I have opened another ticket and they have started telling me the same things they said to me in the first ticket before it was closed. The first ticket was closed because their last reply was: "we will update for you as soon as possible, please wait patiently" and I was just waiting... As you can see, the company in question has bad service and is fooling the customer by giving them fake hopes that he will answer him soon and this never happens until days pass and the ticket is automatically closed. This company does not assume its responsibilities and as a result does not compensate its customer.”
