“Stools are great but customer service is awful. A long delay between placing my order and receipt of stools prompted me to call 4 times. Each time, I was told that they needed to research and call me back, but they never did.”

“Assembly needs two people and goes together well. The seat of the stool is on the small side so does not fit everyone. Not sure what to do with them since my husband can’t sit comfortably. He’s not a large person.”
