Like everyone here, I was left hanging with a charge & no furniture from Bar Stool Co. Their site went down 2 weeks ago & it appears they are out of business. However, I had PayPal open an investigation & since Bar Stool didn't respond, I got my money back. I hope you will also. You may have the protection you don't even know about. Shipping speed was reasonable, but the label was generated at the time I placed the order which caused FedEx tracking to give me an inaccurate delivery date. I waited around all day and my item didn't even ship until the next day. Also, the package arrived horribly mangled, luckily the couch was not damaged. I'm sure this was FedEx's fault, but maybe consider not using FedEx, they are horrible.

Took way too long to ship but I got a good price and the product was good. I emailed you guys to ask for an update on when my item would be shipped. I got a reply stating it was being shipped right away and I would receive a shipping email within 24 hours. It was actually 4 days later that I received that email. Not sure if you are aware, but your company has negative reviews online from customers sharing negative experiences with orders. Your website looks great and your company has great potential if it can turn these negatives around.

My Tov Uptown counter stools finally came after being backordered and we were very excited. They are beautiful but we're disappointed in the quality of manufacturing. Plastic feet on legs were hanging off or missing and bottom of legs were scratched. Also, puckering in the seams and stuff nail heads. Had I known they were manufactured in China I might have thought twice about ordering them as I have had bad experiences with chinese manufactured furniture.

I made a order in March and still don't have all of it. I have sent emails made calls and have not gotten an email back or a call.

Assembly needs two people and goes together well. The seat of the stool is on the small side so does not fit everyone. Not sure what to do with them since my husband can’t sit comfortably. He’s not a large person.

Shopping experience on Bar Stool Co. could be better if they did better client service for back-order. I had been told it shall be 2-5 weeks for restock, but it actually took two months. And within this two months, no client representative proactively contacted me about the order status, I have to keep asking/emailing/pushing them to give me a tracking status, and strongly doubt if I could receive it without pushing. Will not come back this website as long as there are other online furniture websites.

Just got the 4 Metropolis stools ordered and indeed they look just great. However one of them (1 out of a set of 4) came with a bent leg. Photo attached. I cannot yet provide a final rating until this issue is fully resolved

I was pleased with the price that Bar Stool Co. offered on a set of barstools that I had purchased a few of elsewhere. I wanted to complete the set, so purchased two. The delivery was prompt, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the two dark brown and black barstools came with shiny, silvery metal hardware that stands out horribly against the dark wood chair legs. Obviously these chairs had been returned and some replacement hardware was tossed in, but not of the right color. The previous stools that I had purchased elsewhere came with dark nuts and bolts that became pretty much invisible when assembled. Not cool.

One of the stools I ordered arrived defective.. the stool did not sit flat and was not the same height as the matching one i ordered. I emailed customer service and was promptly sent the replacement parts, however the 3 of necessary parts were missing from this replacement package.. I had to email again to finally get the parts I needed.. big headache and long wait!

There were scratch marks on the stools where the parts get assembled, indicating someone else had already assembled them and returned them. The wood portion of the seats does not match the photos, its much lighter and not very uniformly stained.

I received 5 stools. Love them, that would be a GOOD. But 1 was broke. A 2nd one has a split in the ring but we put together to see if it would hold. Customer Service would be POOR. Called company and they said to email photos to Support@barstoolco.com. Emailed company over 1 week ago. Still waiting for a response. Emailing again today. Can someone please contact me?? I like the product, just have to get some parts or chair replaced.

Chair legs arrived damaged. Assurances were made that new legs would be sent. I sent numerous reminders and was told that it will be sent soon, or on a certain date. Three months overdue and now no communication. Others legs were not even. 👎🏼

These stools came with dark colored kick guards not shown online. After removing and spray painting them, the stools are acceptable. Poor description of the product!
