“After purchasing 7 pairs of men's super soft bamboo socks for a birthday gift, I didn't expect holes in one pair with the other pairs heading the same way within a couple of weeks. I have written twice to the company (with photos) and have not received the courtesy of a reply. I will not buy from this company again. I can overlook poor quality if given a satisfactory solution. I cannot overlook shoddy customer after service and rudeness. Terrible.”

“2 pairs of sock have threads that have come loose and another one has a hole I can put my finger thru. Sent photos and contacted you , had a few cursory replies but nothing for weeks now. Wanted to give you business as opposed to a large well-know company but I shan't do so again if this is the consumer experience I can expect. Please don't contact me about this as I'm not interested”

Hi Ian, We asked for photos of this as this is procedure and we would have been happy to replace your socks upon receiving these. We unfortunately received no response from you. As you can see, this is not an issue we usually face and we pride ourselves on the quality of our socks.
