“ordering parts went well parts got here quickly and parts looked good in the bag, but I can not make the parts fit my car, I asked before I brought the parts if this turbo oil feed would fit my car and was advised it would. I have emailed advising it doesn't fit and have had no response. Would not recommend Barra to others.”

“Order parts one part came withing the week and waited nearly 3 months for the other parts and still no delivery, ended up asking for a refund after various attempts emailing to try get a eta with no answer or to be told the supplier was out of stock still, ordered through actual supplier after i recieved refund and had the items delivered within the week”

Thank you for your honest review. :) I am glad to hear that one of your parts arrived on time however, I sincerely apologise for the delay on the other part that you had ordered. We have been experiencing delays with having these parts being shipped and have tried to order in bulk, however still have not heard back as of yet. Regarding getting into contact with us, I see that we have responded to each email we have received from the email address you have provided. Can you please confirm if these haven't been received on your end?

“Product choice is reasonable but could be improved. Freight costs are excellent. Web site is very glitchy and difficult to use - even the new site. Communication was poorly lacking (no acknowledgement of an order, payment or dispatch) and delay to dispatch is slow (I have been waiting 3 week for an other item so far).”

In saying this, I will have this issue raised with our Sales team and will get back to you with an update. All notifications are sent straight away to your email.
