“The worst company ever. I have been waiting on items I ordered on December 11. According to their tracking information, the items were sent to Fast Track express on Dec 20 which is less than 50 minutes away from my house. I have emailed the company several time and they keep saying the tracking system will be updated soon and then sent an email asking me to be patient. Baseusclothing does not seem to care at all. They don’t seem to be checking on my order. This has proven not to be a company you should do business with.”
“This company is a scam! I ordered 4 items at $162 on 10/11/22, they took the money the next day and have only sent me 2! I’ve emailed them 3 times and they eventually stopped responding so I disputed it with PayPal. They requested for me tocomplete an Internet Complaint Form, I assume because they also stopped responding to PayPal. I still have the emails with them, my order confirmation email and screenshots of when the payment was deducted from my account. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”

“Base is clothing is a scam company! I purchased a dress for $45 , with the expectation that it would at least hit my basic expectations of what I ordered .. it fell short in every way. The cut , the quality , the fit .. all of it ! It looked and felt like it was made from a bed sheet. I asked to return it .. and I have to send it back to China somewhere, even though I was told it shipped from the US. It took FOREVER to get , and will most likely “ never arrive “ in China in order to process my refund.

“Beware of Baseusclothing! You are ordering internationally and it is impossible to return the items due to the expensive shipping costs that you are responsible for. They keep providing excuses and offers of a 15% off coupon but don't do it. Very poor quality and sizes are two sizes smaller. Thin cheap material. This is not a reputable online business. Most likely you are reading this because you have had a negative experience like me and that is unfortunate. Lessons learned...research the store before ordering. I wish I could give them a zero.”
