“I ordered a hamper for an invalid cousin's special birthday. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address, 20 miles away, by DPD. They said they would 'look into it' and that was the last I heard. When I contacted BasketsGalore they acted immediately, delivering another hamper by their own staff. I could not be more grateful or appreciative. They arranged with DPD to collect the original hamper from the other address, where the owner had already contacted me to say it was safe. The hamper received by my cousin is excellent and I am very satisfied with the actions of BasketsGalore in this emergency.”
