“Just another scam investment firm ripping 1000s of people off. Now over £30M pounds has been lost, you'll find there isn't a safety net at all and the administrators will rip you off just as much.”

“Shock and sadness how could this happen again after the LCF Scam all the BASSET AND GOLD bondholders must get together and do as the victims of London capital and finance have done open a Help Group Page on Facebook For Basset and Gold Bondholders POWER in numbers go to face book and anyone can start a bondholders group and proof to join could be a question about the bond they hold such as its color ect that way all the victims can help one another bless you all .”

“I heard today that Basset & Gold are now in Receivership which means my investments have crashed. It was a bit too good to be true but 8% interest was being paid into my account monthly. I don't really understand as a creditor how one goes about limiting the loss with the Receivers but now is the time to learn I suppose. I guess we are victims of the Corona Virus like lots of others. I wish they could treat it like the Flu which claims far more victims in the same categorybut nobody makes a fuss.”

“I think all the bond holders need to get together so if we do not get the outcome we want and need we can take it further together. I for one they have ruined my life after work just like many others.”

“I think what we need to do is all get together so if we do not get the outcome we all need we can take it further TOGETHER. We trusted those people with our retirement and due to bad decisions on there side they have thrown it all away. I do not have words to describe how I am feeling right now.”

“Since the company went into administration I have tried ringing the phone numbers listed. None of them answers. Barry Douglas the manager I dealt with does not nswer. Wii there be any refunds of our savings , for some quite substantial”

“another investment firm to go into administration. Signs were there may last year not taking any more finance. Wonder how many pennies in the pound will we get back and will we get our money before the virus gets us. Happy days”

“I put up a review a couple of years ago, but just tried to find it, its been deleted, could of only been a year or so ago, Got many investment with BG, used to deal with MEGAN PATERSON, she was wonderful, but have found out she has gone to pasture new, she was always very helpful, always phoning me with updates, now I am with someone who hardly contacts me, only when I make a mistake in sending documents that are not to the companies satisfaction for maturity purposes. Good Company to do business with, but I wish MEGAN was still there. Megan if you read this please come back.”

“I got a phone call from a lady saying that she was taking over from Hannah Leverly my relationship manager and would send me an e mail. That was three weeks ago and am still awaiting the e mail. I wish I could remember her name but at the moment am cut off from my investments and do not know what is going on.”

“Like many other customers I would have said I was extremely happy with Bassett and Gold until this month. I contacted my fund manager in November and completed the forms he told me to do. I then was contacted by email by another person who emailed me twice more before Christmas and then nothing! Last week I telephoned and was told some one would call me back and no one did. I called again the next day and eventually was put though to my find manager who showed little interest but assured me that he would sort the issue and email me that day. I am still waiting and getting very anxious about the safety of my investment.”

“I started investing with BG three years ago and the service was good when Daniel was relationship manager. Since he moved on things have gone down hill somewhat. Two of my emails expressing interest in a bond have gone unanswered and the website is still faulty after several months.”

“Everything about B@G is first class. High returns always on time excellent pr easy to use website. But the best thing about this firm is the attention given to their clients from the personal fund managers. Mine is Megan Patterson whom i had the pleasure to meet in their west ham united box. I will be increasing my investment in the new tax year.”

“From Serge I must say that the service received from my relationship Manager, Visar, has been spot on. Courteous and prompt in answering my queries and reassuring, when doubts step in. It is now 3 months since I come across Bassett & Gold and my regular income just got to my account on the due date and I look forward to a long and excellent relationship.”
