“Making an investment was a new adventure for me and certainly a risk I have never taken before. When I found Bassett and Gold online I was very sceptical about contacting you but when I did my mind was instantly put at ease. My advisor Megan was an absolute pleasure to deal with and completely understood how I felt about taking the plunge and investing. She was very patient, kind, caring and very thoughtful. She also is a very pleasant lady and is always there on the phone if I need her advice. I would recommend your company to anyone.”

“another investment firm to go into administration. Signs were there may last year not taking any more finance. Wonder how many pennies in the pound will we get back and will we get our money before the virus gets us. Happy days”

“Everything about B@G is first class. High returns always on time excellent pr easy to use website. But the best thing about this firm is the attention given to their clients from the personal fund managers. Mine is Megan Patterson whom i had the pleasure to meet in their west ham united box. I will be increasing my investment in the new tax year.”

“I had never before made any investments, other than savings banks and ISA's. after my original enquiry I was contacted by Jackie Wade from Basset & Gold. Jackie explained the procedure thoroughly, with all the products explained to me, in language that I could understand. I signed up for two bonds that Basset & Gold offer. “I got a phone call from a lady saying that she was taking over from Hannah Leverly my relationship manager and would send me an e mail. That was three weeks ago and am still awaiting the e mail. I wish I could remember her name but at the moment am cut off from my investments and do not know what is going on.”

“Like many other customers I would have said I was extremely happy with Bassett and Gold until this month. I contacted my fund manager in November and completed the forms he told me to do. I then was contacted by email by another person who emailed me twice more before Christmas and then nothing! Last week I telephoned and was told some one would call me back and no one did. I called again the next day and eventually was put though to my find manager who showed little interest but assured me that he would sort the issue and email me that day. I am still waiting and getting very anxious about the safety of my investment.”

“I bought my first income bond . Just received my first months interest. Bassett and Gold seem very reliable as a company. My application for the account opening was handled by Wayne who is very good at advising and giving guidance on the whole process.”

“The adviser who contacted me was very good and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He also talked me through the process of applying for a product from them and has kept in contact with me since then. I only found them by accident but I am very pleased with the products they have and would recommend them highly to people.”

“Staff always helpful and investment products are excellent with good interest rates particularly important in times of poor rates generally. The individual portal giving information on your investments and the amount of interest you will receive over the investment period is first class.”
