Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire is a friendly and reliable business with almost two decades of experience in the marquee hire industry. We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border.

We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor. In addition to our stunning marquees we also offer a wide range of event furniture (tables, chiavari chairs and plastic bistro chair hire), dance floor hire (parquet & black/white dance floors), a variety of lighting and LED bar units. For those colder days we can also provide a marquee heater.

“Marcus at Baytree Events was friendly and professional from the start. On initial contact he offered to site visit to explain all our options and he wasn’t pushy at all. Choosing our marquee and all its features was an easy process and Marcus offered his honest opinions along the way, allowing us the freedom to choose the products that were right for our garden party. Very reasonably priced as well. On assembling the marquee his team were lovely, efficient and respectful of our garden and they took the marquee down after the party in record speed. A friendly, professional company who we would highly recommend.”

“This is the 2nd time we have used Marcus and Bay Tree for our marquees and they have been exceptional. The marquee looked like it had been made for our garden it fitted so well. The team are so efficient and friendly and it all just looked and worked so well. They even managed to take the whole thing down in the thick snow! Highly recommend.”

“Marcus and his team were wonderful throughout the entire process, from discussions about the correct marquee all the way through to dismantling it after our wedding. We couldn’t fault anything they did, and were very pleased with the stunning Capri marquee they put up for our Mediterranean themed wedding garden party. “When we met with you in 2019 we had no idea it would be 2022 before you’d get to install the absolutely stunning capri marquee for our event. The guys who installed and removed it were efficient, friendly and professional. What an impact the marquee made on the guests as they entered our garden. It stayed firmly in place over a couple of windy nights, and gave us a beautiful space for our event. The fairy lights were such a wonderful bonus and made the marquee look even more gorgeous in the evening. We would not hesitate to recommend Bay Tree Events and hope to have reason to have one of your marquees in our garden again.”

“Fantastic all round! The team setup up the Marquee and all internal lighting the day before our wedding along with table and chair delivery. It was exactly what we wanted for our outdoor style wedding in May. We were advised on best size for space and people attending which worked out perfectly and we were very impressed with how it all looked once setup, it was perfect for us.”
