Traded my car in with bcs when I picked up my new car, it had one payment left on the finance which we agreed they would pay off (documents signed as agreed) It took them 6 months to pay it off, in fact took me to threaten to go back down and take the car back before they actually paid it off, for them to tell me it's already been sold, so they sold a car that legally didn't even belong to them! Dealt with some lad called Joseph who was about as useful as a chocolate teapot

My daughter and son in law bought a car from these cowboys over 2 months ago. It took at least six weeks for the vehicle to be deemed suitable for collection. What a joke, the car was far from suitable or even road worthy. My son in law, didn't even make it home before problems with the car started. They telephoned BCS and were told that someone would collect the car up for repairs as soon as possible. The car remained parked up at my daughters property for almost a fortnight before anyone bothered to come and pick it up, on a tow lorry, as it wouldn't start at all. The vehicle is still with BCS, and so is the £5500 that they have robbed from them. Both my daughter and her husband work full time and need a vehicle each for this. They are now waiting for a full refund so that they can purchase a trustworthy vehicle from a trustworthy......please AVOID this company AT ALL COSTS. They are a thieves at best and a lot worse in my book...🤢🤮☹

Firstly before I go onto write this review I would like to thank Tom, the service manager for helping to help sort the car out and listening to my concerns! As for bcs, like many of the other reviews , I was very disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff when I phoned to complain about the car! Again like so many other people the car wasn't ready at the time agreed for collection , it was dirty and the front bumper was hanging off one side,the rubbers on the door posts were loose . We mentioned this after taking the test drive and these were fixed at the time, supposedly! After returning home, approx 10 miles away as I parked it on the drive the undertray fell onto the driveway! The bumper right underneath the car was badly scratched and had come off again at one side! Bolts were missing. I cannot understand how these faults were not put right before selling it, none of these were mentioned in the advert! I contacted bcs and saw Tom,the service manager who agreed to sort the car out as I was intending to have a full refund, which I was entitled to! Also the V5 had my name spelt incorrectly so I had to return it to be amended! Overall i would not recommend BCS! I too don't understand how they have the AA recommendation!!

They sold us a faulty car and then didn't accept returns (which is illegal). The staff were really rude and condescending to us. Terrible experience. Car still has problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

So I've brought a new car from BCS credit cars in Milton Keynes and I really do not recommend them first they are rude once you have purchased the car and then I found masking tape holding one of the cars bumper together. Secondly I asked has a worker been driving the car and was told that was none of my business which is not correct as you need to know how its been stored and used. BSC Cars left my car dirty stinking and with a shudder when driving long distances. Thirdly I do not recommend this company at all as they are only here for a sale and nothing else as one gentlemen said that another client came in with the same complaint so avoid at all costs. There are many other places to go to and I have in my past with better quality and after buying the car so be warned don't got here avoid at all cost. I use BCS all the time. They do all my repairs & bodywork . I have always been happy with the work they have done for me. I never go any where else as they always do a great job.

Helping to buy a car for my partner, we saw and reserved a car, all seemed fine. Noted that it was very dirty, I was assured it would go through the valet centre. Arranged to pick up the car at 2pm on Tuesday. Came Tuesday, waited for 1 hour, still no car there ready. It was still being prepared apparently. Bit annoying as we'd both come out of work but hey, mistakes happen. Agreed to come back tomorrow. Came back the next day. Car was filthy, and hadn't been cleaned. I said to the person dealing with us that we were annoyed that the car wasn't ready when they said it would be the day before and now we've come back and it's not cleaned like specifically agreed. The guy said we could wait while they clean it. I said no we've both left work again, we need to get back, we'll take it and bring it back to be cleaned at the weekend. He said no not going to happen. I said but you said you'd clean it and you didn't. Guy still said no, we’d have to wait there if we wanted it cleaned (Like on the written signed paper!) or come back a third time to collect the car. In the end, we just took it as the car was needed. I was really annoyed they hadn’t done what they said they would. Called and spoke to someone after getting home and asked “Are you sure you don’t want to clean this and just hold your end of the deal? Is this the company’s final view” and they said yes, you’ve left the site now and we won’t do anything. Okay so cleaning a car, a minor thing but it’s the principal. They said they would and they didn’t and then weren’t that fussed to sort. Also it’s a bit disheartening picking up a dirty car costing £1000’s and getting into this nonsense argument. And there’s a limit to how many hours we can both be out of work waiting to collect the car we’ve paid for. So these guys don’t do what they say they will. When called out and picked up on it, they don’t care. They lie. Like seriously, just go somewhere else. If they made such a meal of cleaning a car, imagine what they would be like if something more serious were to happen or need sorting. Stay away. Also, encase the owner posts a reply to claim any deniability. He knew what was happening and happened. He knew forwell and did nothing. Couldn’t care less about his company giving even okay customer service and sticking to a written deal. Note - This review from 3 months ago as I wanted the warranty period to pass before posting this.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Fake, Deceiver and Dodgy People. ( i wish i could say more) I will not recommend you to buy from BCS, i wish i could have seen Reviews before. I reserved a car with £250. I went from SE london to Milton Keynes to see a car. When i opened the Bonnet i found Oil Leakage. When i spoke to guy Mr Dean, he said it happened when we tried to Put Engine Oil. When i opened the Cover i found that there is no Sign of Oil Change. Some thing clicked in my Mind that this Guy is Lying somewhere. Then i tried to Open a Radiator and found oil in Radiator mixing with Water. Which was a clear Sign of Head Gasket Problem . Mr Dodgy Dean tried to convince me that it is nothing as he tried to proof himself a clever guy and i m from a Village. I was not happy with car and ask him to refund me my Reservation Fee. He denied and said to me that my car is perfect and forced me to buy the car. I refused to buy the car as i don’t want to buy car with Gasket problem Next day i called to garage 3 times and left message to call me but every time they made excuse that someone will call me. I was keep on trying for 3 days Thursday one of the guy called me and i think i had never face such a badly behaviour guy in my Life on Customer Service. He was totally unprofessional guy having not Manners of talking. It was such a bad experience. I will recommend everyone please please please don’t buy car from This Garage.

I couldn't reply to the owner reviews. I rated the review 5 stars in the past because the services I received was outstanding. You used to have garages in every area where we did not have to travel to you. It is only one time you collected my daughter's car and you didn't do anything when I said the clutch was dodgy. And the oil leak was due to the clutch. Luckily we can afford to pay for the repair and I will never recommend anyone whether nearby or far from you to buy your cars. My friend's car is separate as she has bought it and I have nothing to do with it. Do not lie and say that you have collected my car twice. This is a big lie. For booking the service at your garage NEVER. Because your mechanic hasn't got any experience. Had he known his job properly he would have noticed the clutch when I sent the car to you previously. Even I could notice it although I am not a mechanic that's why I sent it to you. AND BEFORE YOU SELL CARS TO ANYONE YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECKED EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU DELIVER. And I am sure a full health check wasn't carried out. I am having to change the exhaust now. This is ridiculous because under the warranty I am still having to pay to fix the car. You deserve to have only 1 star.

Please take notice of the warnings on this page and also search for Bletchley Car Supermarket (their previous name) reviews. I wish I had! 7 months in and the faults I report with the car on the day of delivery have still not been fixed and they are trying everything to wriggle out of doing it.

Great experience from start to finish with BCS. I was made aware they are only operating Click and collect in the current climate, I was sent in depth videos of the car along with pictures. I was very sceptical but BCS delivered, the BMW is exactly as described in good condition. I Will definitely be going back for my next and recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you BCS!

I wish I could leave a negative rating!!! Avoid this Company AT ALL COSTS!! I have spent a stressful month trying to get my Son's money back from these cowboys. He bought a used car, assured by the Salesman it had been checked by the service dept and was perfectly road worthy. They took his hard earned cash and within 3 days it had major faults including a massive oil leak. We took it back and the guy I handed the key back to said he was one of the finance team but in his opinion, it had never been checked. Great!! With the salemans lies ringing in my ears, I stated we just wanted a refund and would not have the car back. We have had to ring many, many times, been told lie after lie, been put through to probably every employee to ask for our refund. They tried to tell me my Husband had agreed to have the car back and when I said that wouldn't be true they tried to say my Son had agreed to it! TOTAL LIARS! They stated the Director could only issue refunds and he was out of the country (despite personally signing for my 2 recorded delivery complaint letters)...... They have no morals, no empathy towards people's personal circumstances, my Son has lost work because he's had no car, we've all been under massive stress because they refused to refund the money for a car that was not fit to be sold in the first place. We had to go through the AA to act as a mediator to eventually get the money refunded. These wasters should never have an AA award on their wall. They are an absolute joke and should not be allowed to sell cars! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Caution do not trust bcs with your purchase go elsewhere please !!! There just wide boys & con men through & through .., the Managing Director Ian is a total lier and waste of time ! He never gets back to you or remembers a conversation you have had with him ! His job if your ever lucky enough to actually speak with him, is to tell you what you want to hear then deny all conversations ! The service Manager Tom would better qualify for selling time shares ! As he is incapable of fixing or finding fault with a vehicle ! Also tell lies ... ie no one has told him etc when you’ve have an email six weeks prior stating he’s in the loop ! They will promise you the earth but that’s where it ends ... You never get an answer or a returned phone call .... if you do manage to get a call back or a promise of repair ... that person will not be there the following week then your back to square one...they are happy to leave you with no car for eight weeks then still not collect it for repair as promised , when you challenge this they ask you to pay £200 upfront for them to have a look at there problem that they sold you .... They will treat you like you owe them ! And talk to you like a total bully sows you may go away & never call again ! They sell mostly unfit for purpose cars so unlike me please have these checked yourself by an independent because once you leave your on your own ! FACT All the hassle & costs will be down to you ! I have taken court action against BCS car credit as I’ve been left with a car that has never been fit for purpose, or has it ever driven safely ! Please guys don’t ignore these reviews I can’t express enough how bad this company is ! It will cost you lots of time, hassle, stress & money because frankly BCS just don’t care about customers or people at all ... Like I said I can not stress enough how bad this company really is !

I always have a fantastic experience dealing with BCS. Everyone who works there is super friendly and always ready to help in any situation. I can be a difficult customer to deal with admittedly, but they never make me feel like i am asking too much and they’re always very transparent which I feel is really important when purchasing a car on finance. I am over the moon with my car, i’ve had no faults at all and even after purchasing my new car they dropped me a few messages just to make sure I am happy and offering help and advice in all areas I needed. As well as great customer service they also offer a warranty (as well as more warranty schemes available) and 12 months AA breakdown cover, alongside 12 months MOT which gave me a great peace of mind. A great team, a great service. 10/10 recommend.

The worse place I have ever been to and met with! They took the car off of me for 2 months saying their repairing it but nothing has been done on the car and the car still has red dashboard light on! They waisted my time and they left me with a scrap car. Unbelieveble how much they dont care about the customer. When I asked for a report about what happenned with the car they dont give anything and they are not helpful at all. The lady Kelly who works in the workshop has no brain at all! I wouldn’t go to this place again I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR NO ONE! The car came back with more scratches than it had, oily hand patches inside the interior which can be done only at a valeting place. Madness how careless they are and they don’t help at all.
