“Still haven't received my order as it's at the post office and I can only collect it when I'm next off work The tracking code didn't work so I couldn't track my parcel”

“I ordered this perfume after smelling it instore. I sprayed it a couple of times on my wrists instore and the smell was so strong that i could smell it on my jacket for days after. This was the reason why i bought it because of the lengevity of the scent. Its such a gorgeous unique perfume. So I ordered it online. Delievery was great, within 2 days, and packaged beautifully. However, when i received the perfume and sprayed it on my wrists, the staying power wasnt as good as the one i sprayed instore. I had another spray of it the next day on my neck and i felt that the scent just didnt stay on like it did with the bottle i sprayed instore. Im thinking maybe I received a bottle that is watered down or the testers instore are more concentrated?? Either way im not happy with this one. Like i said, its a beautiful perfume but maybe this isnt the real thing or perhaps old stock or its been watered down. Will be contacting customer service to see what they can do.”

“The delivery arrived within reasonable time. However, although I bought Versace Yellow Diamonds Intense (which is supposed to be the Perfume) I am not entirely sure the product is as good as in the high street shops. This leaves me disappointed and having questions about the manufacturer.”

“I would have prefered to see the price including vat. also I wasn't even aware I had chosen £7.99 delivery instead of £3.99. It seems to me this was done almost secretly, not good customer service!”

“Was unable to buy online so rang customer service number (for information &i sales ) only to be told don't take telephone sales?? Eventually made purchase online. Product arrived in good time,no free sample as promised.”

Thank you for using our service! We have received your order on the 26/12/2015 which was Saturday and our office was reopened after Christmas only on the 28/01/2015. Therefore, there were some delays with processing the orders for which we do apologize but we have received an unexpectedly high volume of orders and had to prioritize those ones first which were placed on the 24th and 25th December. “Delivery was good. Perfume of armani he and she arrived. But when i used the perfume the smell only lasted between 1 to 2 hours. That makes me feel there's something wrong.”

Hi Bilal, sorry you feel the fragrance only lasts a couple of hours but I can assure you that all our fragrances are authentic and are only purchase from authorised distributors.
