My child opened two Christmas presents from this company to which one had a note in off a previous customer saying that the item is faulty and she would like a refund , the item had hair init as well a was gutted my child opened this it got sent back 5th January I have emailed and emailed this company to get refund back after sending both items back Beauty Bay saying alsorts to try and not give refund yet saying they haven't received them which a can see they have by royal mail recite absolute disgrace of a company to get a refund back of no faults of my own

Wish I had seen the reviews before shopping with Beauty Bay. My parcel is lost and no one can tell me what is going on. I have asked for a refund and told to just keep waiting despite the fact that both the company and shipping provider cannot give details about if my parcel will ever arrive. The customer service is terrible - I would avoid if I were you!

Customer service is terrible, no one to speak to just an email where I get the same dodgy 'no refund for item in transit' line every other day as they take 48 hours to respond.
