“Received my eye pallette order within 2 weeks of ordering with normal shipping costs internationally & it arrived in perfect order with no damage at all. Was very happy with my purchase.”

“I buy from Beauty Bay A LOT, like at least 3 times a month. I have only ever had one issue, whereby a mascara I ordered was not sent out, so they emailed me about the error and offered a 15% discount code. After a few days, it still hadn't arrived, so I emailed them. They replied within a few days and said they would refund the cost. Every other time I have ordered, it has come the next day, in good condition, and wonderfully packaged.”

“I placed an order on the 11/03/2022, I have a haul pass meaning I receive free next day delivery, unfortunately the package did not turn up next day but was received on the 13/03/2022. Due to the package not being received next day, Beauty Bay kindly sent myself an apology via email and provided me with a 15% discount for when I next place an order. I have been a long term buyer from Beauty Bay and have never had any issues, but am extremely grateful for the 15% off discount, it was much appreciated. I will continue to be a regular shopper on Beauty Bay due to their efficiency and amazing customer service.”

“Ordered a few products from Beauty Bay and it was a good experience. Items arrived within 1 week from purchase, shipped to Singapore with their free shipping. Lots of negative reviews by other users. I guess their service is probably a hit or miss. Still, I would be back to get some items if needed.”

“I have ordered from Beauty Bay and I chose free shipping to Malaysia. I have read all negative feedback and it was a nightmare for me if the package wouldn't arrive safely BUT trust me the package has arrived at my door after less then 2 weeks. It's unexpectedly fast! would buy again some.”
