I have reached out to them via email and Facebook with no response or explanation to why my purchase hasn’t been shipped. They created a shipping label thru USPS but the carrier hasn’t received the product. It’s been 2 weeks since I purchased the item and the shipping label created. The shipping delay from the pandemic has nothing to do with it. I’ve received mail shipped with USPS from other shopping sites with no problem.
Should have purchased it on Amazon at least they would have been on time & not screw me over.”
“Purchased item for Christmas. Received an email on December 9th stating item had shipped. USPS website shows label printed but still waiting on item from company on December 21st. Assume at this point will not be here before Christmas. Three emails have been ignored. Next stop is to dispute the charge with AmEx.”

The device is very well packaged. Looks like high end cellphone package, not ear was remover.
Setup is very easy: scan the code on the instruction manual, download the app, turn on the device, connect to the device wifi and it is done. Took me less than 5 minutes. The app is easy to use and how how much battery left and how much time remains.
it comes with 12 different attachment for different applications. The camera lens is very clear, it is almost suprsiing to see that much details inside my ears. It comes with another set of tools for your wax removal, more of a tranditional set.
The seller is super nice. I had a few questions regarding the product and the seller responsed to me right away. Even send me a short video they just shot to show me how to use certian attachments. They also went above and beyond to send me extra attachments when they learn that I accidently broke some of mine. I didnt even ask for those since it was my fault.
