“rose bay shop only had single beds, needed a queen bed which we finally got, head office of company very good”

I notice that the comfort zone innerspring mattress and your queen size base have been delivered. Is there any problem with the product that caused this 3-star rating? “Photograph of mattress is misleading. Delivery bag has a small (undetectable upon delivery) rip in it so mattress was stained black in one corner.”
